Edit: I'd like to thank everybody for all their love and support. You guys have been incredibly helpful. By using your protests, negativity, and in some surprising cases, support, as bump fuel, this has been on the feedback page for the better part of the day so I'm sure someone from Bungie probably saw this sliver of positivity in this land of negativity. I can now switch the "we"s to "I"s. Once again, thanks everyone.
Dear Bungie
Edit: with the weekly update I think we can cross out regret one. It was a miscommunication between the community and bungie
I regret how much the community wants the exclusive items even though all of the exclusive items in the collectors edition are useless gameplay wise to anyone that has played for a month or so and isn't a die hard collector
And I most definitely regret that the community gives you such overwhelmingly negative feedback at the slightest provocation or even without provocation. We can be very toxic.

4 답변My thoughts from a post earlier: So lots of continued winning about what Bungie should do, didn't do, needs to do. It's all funny to me. Did the original message about TTK bundles upset me as a long time player, sure it did a little, so I signed the petition. Then Bungie updates its info to offer me stuff I wanted separate for a price. I'm kinda ok with it. I don't have to buy it, so hey why complain. I've enjoyed Destiny, so I pre-ordered TTK, and will decide later about the extra stuff. I see many companies doing the same with DLC, skins, extra weapons. They set a price and I either buy it or not. It's a choice. I look at it like this: I pay 15$ to go see a IMAX 3D movie which last 1&1/2 - 2 hours. Buy a soda and snacks and pay another 10$. That's a high price for a little bit of entertainment. With the DLC, extra content, expansion packs I pay a price and keep them as long as my PS4 doesn't crash or I don't delete the game. So really the value is not bad. I throw money away every day on coffee, junk food, porn (ooooo wait porn is free...lol) you get the point. Bungie/Activision are businesses. Their first thought is the bottom line, then the people who hold stake in the company, then maybe the consumer. It's the way business/economics works, and I'm cool with that cause Destiny has provided me with lots of entertainment over almost a year - when averaged out is pretty cheap. 20$ might be a little pricy for some but hey I'm ok with it since its - A CHOICE TO BUY IT. NOW BEGIN THE HATE COMMENTS!!!! Lol

1 답변작성자: slayerserenity 6/25/2015 7:17:10 AMThat weekly update on the Luke Smith and the Taken King pricing about the whole packaging of new emotes, shader, sparrow plus the VIP stuff leave me actually mad. Who the hell wants stupid new dance moves , shader, and sparrow when those stuff don't make the game. It's about weapons, gear, and what takes to level up your guardians to the next light level is important to us. Bungie truly are a stupid company that yet to understand what we(customers)/ Guardians have been addressing on what need improvement on game content to need more vault space, optional matchmatching etc... Bungie upper management and Activision just made themselves look like assholes for truly yet to realize we are not stupid. Who is willing to spend $20 for new emotes, shader, sparrow when what I have now is just work fine. We (Guardians) want more end game content, more public events, new planets to explore as PvE & PvP players. DC Universe Online sell upgrade packages separately at lower price and give players the options if they want to buy it and they don't force us that we must buy them in order to continue to experience the game content. I leave with this message " Bungie you truly made me personally piss off" I want more game content and Destiny can be more exciting if you just add new strike once a week, new public events, new story level. Thanks Bungie and Activision for showing your true colors.

4 답변Here let me help .I swore I would never post on here again, but after this I couldn't resist one last swan song. And quite honestly this crying over the Luke Smith interview is positively nauseating. All this man did was tell the truth. You may not like the delivery, but it doesn't make it any less true. I talked to player after player online during Destiny sessions and asked them all the same question, this was before the interview of course, will you rebuy the two expansions for this exclusive content, they all answered the same way, with a resounding yes, not only a yes, but they almost made it sound like a no-brainer. Of course this does not mean that every single person playing Destiny felt the same way, I'm sure there were, or are, one or two out there that actually stand on some principle, have some discipline in regards to spending and aren't complete sellouts. But we all know this is not the majority of the gaming community. If this were the case Bungie and Activision would not be attempting something like this to begin with. In other words the more you spend, the more ridiculous it will become. If there is a market for something you can bet your butt someone is going to be there to sell it and create better demand. It's hypocritical to bash this man, and this company for doing nothing more then following marketing trends that you yourselves as consumers already established via your wallets. How much was spent on microtransactions last year? I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I'm sure it's a lot. How many players bashed this game upon release right here on these very forums for lack of content, lack of story, etc, and are still to this day pumping money into it by previously purchasing Dark below and House of Wolves? Probably every single one. How many players visit their in game stores on a daily basis and buy skin packs, weapon packs, customization packs, pay to win upgrades, crap, I have seen people on here post day after day they would pay real money for a Gally, from five dollars up to twenty. So are you telling me that you are so naive' as to not understand that publishers and devs look at these numbers and so act accordingly? And yet, I have seen nothing but self righteous, sanctimonious blowhards do nothing but post about the unfairness of it all, and the greed, the money grubbing, walking wallets, blah blah, blah. But the reality is these people lament the fact that this man basically called them out for what they are, impulsive spenders who can't stand the thought of not having something in this game that someone else does. First in line, first in show, and would pay top dollar because lets be real, Gamers sold their souls a long time ago. To suggest that this is the fault of Bungie and to sit here and pompously state that somehow you are above all this, and that you would never conduct business in such ways, and that it's morally questionable and bankrupt,...the only word I have based on all the evidence to the contrary is..Laughable. Time to face reality and look in the mirror. This all begins and ends with you,.because you are the ones with the power. And not through attacking people for telling the truth, but with your wallets and bank accounts. You really feel disrespected? You really feel this is unfair, then stop spending. Your words here mean nothing if right after you post them you log on to the ps store, or the X Box store and shell out eighty bucks for the Taken King. Which is very easy to do yes? It's not like anyone but the closet friends and followers would really know right? As for my own personal opinion on the matter, well I think it's ballsy, I think it's ambitious, and I think it says more about this community then it does about Bungie. Just think about this, they must have been really, really, confident in the numbers and projections to believe they could realistically pull this off, and honestly, even now I don't think they would have to retract anything. I still think people would buy it. Anyway, don't hate on a man for telling the truth, just like the same hate I'm probably going to get on this post. So be it, someone has to be a solider for truth. We can't go on wallowing in our own bullshit forever...Can we?

3 답변Dear Bungie, TheOxymoron does not speak for the entire community, obviously the community has big concerns over your questionable business practices this past year. No one is in an uproar because of an interview of which can be perceived in different contexts. It's more a collection of things that have happened. Judging by your track record so far, we assume it's negative because everything up to this point has been negative. We regret buying into a completely different game than we saw originally, we don't regret that our community gives you such overwhelmingly negative feedback, it's negative because it's reflective of the state of the game and community. When things are going smoothly no one needs to speak up because it works, everyone will speak up when it doesn't work. Also I prefer Monster Energy over Red Bull, if I'm gonna have to buy a drink to unlock content in your game I'd rather it be that, thanks. More bold words for emphasis.

12 답변I'm sorry, but you're a flat out idiot man. I paid $40 for the taken king, now I have to pay another $20 for the digital content from the collectors edition. Thats $140 bucks if you count the $80 I dropped on the digital guardian collection, not to mention the $60 I dropped to buy two of my buddies the first two expansion packs, and now for $70 anyone can buy Destiny and all three add on's or 80 for the collectors edition to get everything that I paid for, on top of the tangible collector memorabilia? I'm sorry, but thats plain and simple bullshit. I literally have BLEED for this game as its what occupies my time while I dialyze five days a week, and Bungie has done nothing but dump on me, and countless other supporters for a long time now, and regardless of whether or not the community rushed to judgement or not over the interview, it was out and out still a very poor call in judgement. I'm sorry, but where theres smoke theres fire and this mother****er is fully engulfed.

24 답변작성자: DharmaJunkie 6/24/2015 10:24:39 PM1st. Be a little self aware and realize you DO NOT speak for the community, so start your post off with 'I' not 'we'. 2nd. Do not attempt to apologize for me or the community as 'we' are aware of our stance. Also, I'm sure from the thousands of posts previous to this, Bungie sees clearly, you're talking out of your ass, and 'we' as a community are in fact not sorry. 3rd. And something to note; Besides your grammar, syntax, and spelling being on par with a potato, your account reads as never playing. Which leads me to believe you don't even have the gumption to post from your actual live account in fear of repercussions from Bungie. (Cowardice) If you're going to give an opinion, let it be clear that you have not made a valid argument, only an empty apology. For all we know you're some 30 something nobody writing from your moms basement, looking to clean Bungies rim for fear of losing the only thing that will actually play with you, the game. Edit1: I use the term 'we' in my second comment only in relation to the OP reference as to what 'we' represents. The difference is I'm not saying 'we' as a collective thought, rather inferring what is ACTUALLY posted on the forums. And the community in general isn't really posting letters of apology atm.
