Got ddosed twice in a row playing against the same people. Played one match, got my party chat disconnected, destiny force quit, then we go another match, fine we win, 8-0, then I get the exact same thing again, against the exact same people. Why is there no dedicated servers in a "competitive" game mode. This game had become a joke. The only ones left are the nerds who do shit like host boot and ddos to win because they have no actual skill.
Bungie has refused to acknowledge this is my opinion, they still let It hapen and these people still play week after week.
Heres the gts
Kore corruption
kore hotshot
optc x gio
I've been a player since the beta, I used to bridge host back in the halo 2 days, I know how easy it is to do this and I just dont understand why bungie just lets it happen.

Just wonder was this just bad connection or something else.... I was just playing trials and I was 8 and 0 and during the orbit animation of going to the planet or starting the match. My Whole fireteam crashed and I crashed to the point where my Xbox Froze and I couldn't connect to Xbox Live for 20 minutes so did I lag or what??? P.S I was Fireteam Leader if that means anything to it either?

48 답변I don't understand how so many people come across this on these forums. I've played at least one hundred ToO games and I've never come across any cheating.

4 답변I have yet to run across one hacker/lagswitcher in trials. I'm not saying people are lying but that's just my experience(I've also played quite a few trials games)

6 답변Name shaming will get you banned faster than modding, ddosing, lagswitching, host glitching, and changing characters in ToO combined.

7 답변I think DDoS has become Destiny's "WH" :) I remember my friend talking to me about Counter Strike "Wall hack" every time he got beaten, back in the day. "Yeah, bro, they use wall hack to shoot through walls and cheat". Nope, you just got beaten by better players, deal with it. But, imho, the "ToO cheating" is probably due to people having bad net connections (on both ends) and that's it. I've seen lots of it in Crucible and Iron Banner. People teleporting (skipping is a more acurate description) through the map, after I die (spectator / respawn mode) and thought it was manipulation, but it's just lag. I'm not saying it isn't happening, but I think it's far less then advertised. The server lag is real, as soo many people play Destiny all the time. Bungie is probably working on it (like today, with the server maintenance) but accommodating 10+ million people at once is no easy job, believe you me ;) I'm not mad, tho. It's a game, after all. And I belive in Bungie; trust them to fix it as soon as they can.

1 답변Any time a game has a multiplayer mode that is a tourney or some once in a while thing, people start cheating. Especially when exclusive rewards are involved. I don't know about all this DDos business is legit, but lag switches are a d it's not just some knee jerk crying reaction to people "lagging a little". Just go google it. Sad part is there's not much that can be done without just not letting people who's connection fluctuates dramatically to play multiplayer at all. Any of my Friday night tournament metal gear online brothers from mgs4 will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Konami either chose to do nothing, or could not.
