I think they should drop rarely in all playlists like exotics do. Make doing certain weekly activities more exciting. I feel your pain haven't gotten a single etheric light this week, nightfalls I got terrible rewards, get my ass kicked in trials, and people keep getting kicked in poe so yeah its frustrating.
