You're not good if you use Thorn
You're not.. just wanted to clear that up.
Edit 1: Thorn is still a gun for the sheep and the masses. Requiring the least amount of skill of all the exotics.
Edit 2: read some of the replies. Clearly I'm a hypocrite because Ive used thorn and now I make the claim it is an unbalanced weapon (requiring little skill). It means Im familiar with the gun and can make educated claims about it.
EDIT 3: HAHAHA salty thorn nerds Im insulting the only gun they get kills with. If any Thorn people want to play me in rumble on xbox 360. ill use any gun you choose and destroy you :D
Edit 4: Saw a forum post called "Game of Thorns". It couldnt be more accurate. It used to be Suros, now its Thorn.
Edit 5: Hopefully my post will wake some people up and get them to use a gun other than Thorn.
Edit 6: My main point in all of this is that Thorn is overused and I really want to see less of it and more of other guns. Its reasonable.
Edit final one: This post has given me a very good insight in to the people who play this game. Alot of you are very sad individuals

If you can't use what's in the meta, how do you expect to succeed? Like you said, Suros was the top gun, now it's thorn. Who knows, maybe a few weeks from now it'll the last word or red death. Either way, you're an idiot if you don't use what works best.

That's what happens in a game with non standardized weapons. If you want balance, go play a different shooter. Whining on the forums does absolutely nothing.

While I don't use it in competitive MP (Trials/IB) I have met some skilled players who use it. Does the weapon need a nerf? Possibly... But that doesn't negate a certain lvl of skill. I've outgunned Thorn users countless times.

So if everyone in a trials match is using thorn and we win and go flawless, does that mean it shot for me than flew me to the lighthouse? I think not. Yes the gun has it's perks, but the person behind it is what fires the weapon to get kills. Everyone uses it so I do as well, fair game. We still won. When are you going to get over the fact that people like to use this weapon and even if it's nerfed, another weapon will take reign as best gun. Just give it up already and quit your whining.

Stop crying and use something else, I literally just got a 2.6 kd with a Monte Carlo. Spend less time bitching about what others are doing and more time doing what you want to do and you won't feel like crying all the god damn time. also this "EDIT" shit is extremely irritating, you got something to say, say it, stop adding little quibs like its the wittiest -blam!-ing thing since the invention of mom jokes.

1 답변Launch a PVP game mode where exotics are banned so that is an option. If TTK PVP reports are anything to go by shotgun spamming has been handled and hand cannons have incredible recoil so we should be where we need to be going forwards.
