THORN... 50% to 75% reduction!!!
Destiny and it's large expansive game has been reduced to the THORN in every serious competitive game play!WHY!? It has taken away from all the fun playing in such a diverse universe,and reduced it down to a cubicle size of game play! With all of the weapons and weapon diversities it still always comes down to the THORN!!! PLEASE BUNGIE reduce the THORN by 50-70% and bring back the uniqueness of our individual characters DESTINY!! NOT EVERYONE wants to be exactly like every body else! Make us feel like our individual choices and load outs can be appreciated in this awesome experience and let us fulfill our own personal DESTINY!
After receiving so many delightful responses I am responding with this universal concept. All maxed out guns having same damage per second, delivered in various ways. Extended out to damage per 2 seconds or what have you! Just a thought!

Ok here's destiny crucible back then : much different nobody knew what guns were best and every exotic weapon had a chance to be used properly in crucible yes suros was op and yes I used it a lot but here comes now ... Back when auto rifles were nerfed to extinction people thought well pulse rifles are buffed so why don't we use red death yes it's a wonderful weapon so many people wanted it at the time but now ever since handcannons got a small buff thorn has risen from the darkness and now so many people use it because of the perk oh and btw supers were more complex now people use it efficiently now that there are guides to use them properly but thorn tho it's has come a long way not being used at all to now becoming the reign of all crucible. What I'm trying to get here is that handcannons don't need a nerf auto rifles need a re-buff we need to reclaim crucible as a fun/hardcore PVP multiplayer experience not a thorn loving PVP multiplayer all I want is auto rifles to make a return to crucible thanks for reading all of this or if you just read the bottom but whatever have a wonderful day Guardians. :)

I played ToO for the first time today with random peaple from lfg and i did just use MIDA. Thorn is good but most duded usung it cant really aim. My advice is to strafe side to side make them miss shots and out "gunskill" them. Practice makes perfect.

13 답변How about instead of ruining the game with these nerfs you just give everyone the same exact gun in "Crybaby Crucible" so you can play fairly. The rest of us who can adapt and overcome this weapon and others can continue to play PvP with many lopsided loadouts. What's better than killing a Thorn player with a AR follows by some T-bagging? Nothing. In summary, take your fake lvl 34s and leave for CoD where the cries for Nerfs run strong. You obviously can't deal with overcoming one gun without the need to whine about nerfs. So pathetic!

1 답변I've had no problem against Thorn users. Red Death and Vestian Dynasty have been there for me, tearing up these people. Plus I got a Vex Mythoclast from my last VoG Hard run and it's been helping too. Plus it helps if you don't run around like a chicken with your head cut off. I see too many morons still doing this. Obvious CoD population is obvious.

You are so naive and butt hurt. What you're suggesting is not the answer. It's meant to be a powerful weapon, just like other exotic hand cannons. They could possibly tweak/nerf the DoT and that will balance it out. If you're smart you'd know there are other guns eg. Pulse rifles that can two-shot kill with crits.

Lately, my favorite opponents have been using pulse rifles which is great since I never played against that type of gun very often. I am not a big fan of nerfs in general since they can effect both pve and pvp. I would rather have buffs of the other weapons to add some diversity. Or let the dance emote stop the poison. 5 답변Your k/d is under 1 on everything except your hunter with clash. My best advice for you is, "it's not the arrow, it's the Indian." Yes thorn is prevalent bc it's a good gun, is it OP? NO. what they need to do is bring back the validity of auto rifles. Then there will be competition for thorn again. Don't blame thorn for being a good gun, give it time and bungie will fix the auto rifles, which are the ones that need the buff. Another piece of advice, is practice in crucible. Clearly like someone else said, is you are dying to a lot more than just thorn lol. Learn the maps, sit back and play defensively, and go from there
