The Taken King HAS Exclusives
Was watching the trailer for the Taken King and at the end the announcer said their will always be more Destiny on Playstation. This includes new strikes, guns, armor, and cosmetics.
This really sucks. I don't want to buy a whole new system just to have the full Destiny expierence. Whether you are on PS4 or XB1 we can all agree that exclusitivity ruins the gaming expierence. I'm still going to get it for my XB1 but I'm just dissapointed that Activision would still do this to loyal fans that make a portion of this community. I would also like to add the reason why this sucks is because they will probably do this down the line in the Destiny franchise. Everytime a new DLC or sequel comes out their will always be more on PS4 and it's annoying that I have to pay 400 dollars for a system that I basically already have except it's name is Xbox One.
You're all so pessimistic, everyone thinks negatively about everyone's opinion.
[b]Also none of you are thinking about the bigger picture. All these exclusive content from the base game + the DLC add up. If you took all the content that was exclusive to only PS it could make its own DLC without a raid. To top this all off what makes you think they won't make exclusives for Destiny 2/3/4? Every year will just be a wait. That sounds like it will be annoying. I refuse to buy a whole other console that costs a ton of money just because of Activisions exclusive paywall. You are all so blind saying "It's only 3 guns and a strike!" Ya but when the Taken King comes out 2 more DLC's will follow until Destiny 2 comes out and they will most likely have exclusives. Then what? We have to wait until Destiny 2 to get all that content? That's stupid. Destiny 1 will be pointless if the 2nd game is already out. We will never experience that content unless you really love the first game compared to the future second Destiny hypothetically speaking.[/b]

I never predicted a 2nd year of exclusives it is really lame. But I don't feel like I am missing out on too much this time. Plus I get to look for Hawkmoon now. I would never switch go PS I love my Xbox controller better for FPS. I have already invested too much time getting all my stuff for my Xbox version plus have stuff that you can't seem to get anymore. I don't trust Sony with their security. I don't want some asshats stealing my credit card info.

4 답변Consoles don't cost a lot and why would you buy one console that is the same except has less exclusives and you can enjoy games at a lower resolution/frame rate.

2 답변Ok let's compare this to another game, Fifa. So on ps right now we have 2 or 3 exclusive crucible maps, 3 exclusive strikes , a blue armor set and 3 exclusive exotic weapons. And that is from 2 expansions. In Fifa, Xbox has its own tier of players, legends. There are 50+ players in this set, including probably the best player ever, pele. And this isn't even timed, we have no idea when legends will come to playstation. It could be a lot worse

I mean I wouldn't mind if it was just armour or weapons, but other shit just effects players badly in the long run, however at the end of the day they are a business, you should not be blaming activision as much as you shouldn't be blaming Sony, at the end of the day their job is to make money, that's all they're are doing, trouble that has to come at the expense of players, but that's apparently how Sony do things.

I'm a ps4 player. I really don't think it's right that there is content available only to us. Xb1 guys paid the same amount for the game as the ps4 guys. I understand that it's a deal that Sony worked out with activision. I understand how it happened and why it happened. But I don't think it's right.

3 답변Its who paid out the most sony got destiny so what when the next game comes out sony gamers are worn out on the old content and get new while on xbox we get the previous stuff as new content aswell.

1 답변I've heard that xbox users are going to get the old exclusive weapons anyway. PS4 only gets a couple maps/strikes, 1 legendary armor set, and 1 new exotic. It's not as bad as we think it is. It does suck that xbox users don't get the same rights, but we can handle it.
