Trials needs a matchmaking level for skill level within the Trials of Osiris. It is so frustrating to spend hours trying to get multiple wins when you constantly get put up against teams that have gone 9 wins multiple times. Yes I'm a level 34 and have gear and have done ok in Iron Banner but I am so frustrated having to compete with players that are at a much higher skill set. Also why do you have to spawn on the same side everytime, some maps have an advantage over others. You should either flip the spawns each time, or the third round. It sucks that you created a dlc that focuses so much on pvp for rewards and no raid. Why can you but exotic shards but not ethric light. If you are forcing me to play PVP then I'll be switching back to COD, because now it looks as thought you expect me to pay $40 to get a raid or pve content that I expeted with HOW dlc.
I truly hate crucible to no describable ends, Iron banner and ToO included. But. I 100% disagree with this idea. "Why can't the good people only play against the good?! I'm not as good as them but want the same gear!" I hope Bungie doesn't cater to that. It's bad enough everyone and their little brother can get to 34 so easily, why reward people that don't earn a flawless win. You don't deserve a reward just because you tried.
The PvP community has been asking for a system that rewards skill over RNG since launch. This is what trials of Osiris is... it is meant to reward more skilled players. It is the only playlist that currently selects matches based on connection rather than relative skill.
Agree on the locked spawns though... I dont understand why it doesnt alternate.
