i thought ESO was gonna kill Destiny?

2 답변They are for two completely different playstyles. I love FPS and I love RPG, and yes Destiny is a bit of both, but when it comes to an RPG, Bethesda knows what they're doing. One is Elder Scrolls, and Destiny is something different. I'm on a Destiny kick. When that ends I'll try ESO. Games don't HAVE to beat each other, they are all creative and fun in their own way.

10 답변it didn't kill Destiny, just beat it up a bit - but every game listed in E3 next week will kill Destiny. But Bungie have a plan for that, it's called Destiny 2 - bigger, better, less grind, more story, more weapons, more players, weekly download content, new Raid every month etc etc etc (or at least, that will be what they tell us).

2 답변Well on xbox one the servers are crap atm. My game gets hard crashes that send me to the dashboard, at one point even erased about an hour of work. Also the lag is real in cities and what not. I looked up online and their forums says if it's lagging it's the system not their servers, but how can that be the case my hard drive isn't nearly full my xone is brand new. Would they intentionally have the settings too high for the Xbox to handle? I would hope not.

1 답변Just started playing ESO today. Was skeptical as I played the alpha on PC a year or so ago and it was awful. But so far I am enjoying it on XB1 and I am sure it will pull me away from destiny for a while.

2 답변It's actually really funny seeing the desticles on here, still in denial about the fact that Destiny is already dead. Ever wonder why Activision was so quick to brag about the Destiny community early on, and give specifics about the active number of players when Destiny was new? "Over 3 million daily players!" And now, they only report the total number of registered users since launch. I wonder why that is? LOL
