What's stopping you from beating 35 PoE?
For me it's my teammates... Several times I've been kicked from parties because I wasn't 34. Last night we were right about to beat him and the host traded me out at the last second.
Naturally, I was infuriated.
The entire time he was complaining about my level, about how I take more damage and deal even less, and he died TWICE as many times as I did most of the time, I saved his dumb ass from a wipe fighting Pilot Servitor TWICE. And we get all the way up to Skolas, and he's like "Oh I knew you were gonna die there," or "I'm only going to attempt this with you 5 times and after that I'm done with you."
So essentially I wasted 3 hours of my time dealing with his bullsh!t and saving the entire fireteam without any gratitude for nothing.
So what's stopping you from beating Skolas?
Edit 1: Jeez, over 300 replies in less than 12 hours... That's insane.

Sounds like the tough shit rule. I would recommend playing with people you know aren't douches. If he was a douche early on and you stuck with it you kind of rolled the dice. I haven't completed 35 cause try as I might I am simply unable to give a shit anymore. I have 3 34's by playing 32 PoEs a few times. Did IB and leveled a few weapons with etheric light and yeah...it has finally hit the "why bother" point for me after 9 months. HoW broke the hold Destiny had on me. Sure I will still play but it doesn't have the luster it did.

Have never attempted. All I see is 'must have max Gjallarhorn!/killed Skolas already!'. But I just haven't been lucky enough to obtain this launcher so I've decided to not try to convince people to let me join with my other maxed weapons like VoC/ib/bh/hoc. One day it will be mine and I'll be accepted into the community! In the mean time I can wait, maybe one day I'll attempt to try to join. ^^b

Have a think about why that 34 died so much ? My guess is he died picking up the slack from your lower level. From 2 weeks ago 34 is very reachable from the armour cores to get 42 light gear and from 2 days ago if u used your armour core wisely u would have full 34 level gear on three toons without any exotic armour . U can't expect to go to war in destiny dressed in rags when all the gear has been put in front of u , 32 Poe takes less than a hour a week to get the armour core . So there's your time theory out the window too .and what stops me is cooperation with a team to get things done .

5 답변Matchmaking. I don't have too many friends with xbox one (what I have) and many of those have been disillusioned with Destiny and Bungie's business practices. So I'll usually only have one other person on at any given time. If I could just get that one random other, we could work it. I really don't understand or approve of taking away options. Just put matchmaking in across the board bungie.

While he may have been a bit of a douche, the truth of the matter is that it's his group. He can keep you or kick you over whatever he sees fit. That's his right, seeing as he is the one who has formed the group. Don't like it? Make your own group.

Lack of friends to play with is the only thing stopping me from running it nightly. I have the time, I have 3 level 34 characters, maxed fate bringer, VoC and ghorn. Just don't have the friends to run with. If you're on Xbox one add me and we can run it together some time.
