What Elder Cipher? Veriks! fixed with Patch 1.2.0.2.. Right....
Its in the video. Did PoE on level 35 and no cipher. I have the exotic bounty but can not get them. So how is this not fixed. Yes had full bounties, but this is not supposed to matter.
