Posted by: Punkedmind i'm tired of people blaming Romo for sundays game Jason Witten ran a wrong route(which lead to an interception) and Witten on 4th down did not even turn around to catch the ball. anyways im a Giants fan, GO BIG BLUE!!!!
Yeah, Whitten ran the wrong route. But whose job is it to make sure everyone is in sync before the snap? Romo simply isn't a leader, and he seems unable (or unwilling) to be more in control. On a side note, what is up with Romo and the friggin backwards baseball caps? I remember when I wore my cap backwards..... in junior high.... 17 years ago. OK.... I'm done rippin on Romo. Go BLUE!

Yeah, the problem is the coaching and lack of discipline now. Anyone noptice any team Parcells touches gets really good? Last year they were still riding on his success with the team, now it's showing how crappy Phillips is. and also the fact the team for all the talent they have is not coordinated and has too many injuries
Posted by: RAMBOS AUNT I will never forget when George Teague spiked TO on the Star when TO played for San Fran.
The single best football play I've ever seen. Well after the Tyree catch in the Superbowl last year of course. The Cowboys are so overrated. They are the Yankees of the NFL. And as a disgruntled Yankees fan I mean that as an insult. You can't just go out and buy big names and hope they come together as a team. Romo is the most overrated player in the NFL right now. He's never won a playoff game and has never really shown any reason why he should be considered above average. TO is a huge crybaby. He complains when he doesn't get enough receptions, but meanwhile he leads the NFL in drops. Barber is the only decent player on the team and the owner goes and throws him under a bus. The Cowboys are awful. We'll see what happens this week when they play a real team.

He's the Alex Rodriguez of the NFL. He plays great when the pressue is off, but when the team really needs him, he completely falls apart.
also that's not all his fault. The last playoff game and this last game had dropped passes and misrun routes. Yeah the pressure gets to him but you can't blame it all on him
No, it is not all him. The individual talent theat they have put together there is impressive, but they are struggling to make the playoffs. They do not have good teamchemistry and most likely never will.

I think that they will do really well this year and get close to the Superbowl.
There is a very good possiblility that they might not even make the playoffs. Also Romo CAN NOT win the big games. That steelers game was just another example. Lets go back to the past two postseason games he has played in and reevaluate what you are talking about. He Stinks in the big games and always chokes. Also the cowboys have not won a playoff game since 1996. Just thought that i would throw that out there.
Posted by: RAMBOS AUNT I mean seriously, the Cowboys have not won a playoff game in 15 years
actually 12. last one was in 96. I've been a Cowboys fan since about 94, it's been rough but it's gotten a lot better lately

I know. They said Jones thought thought he could have played with the sore calf and hurt toe. He probably could have. I still don't buy him not going for the game for that reason. Jones isn't helping the situation either way.
Posted by: BILL TS 94 That is why I don't get why Jerry Jones called him a Wussy for how well he plays.
because he is a moron. personally i hate any owner that get's too involved. they need to just get back to their cushy sky boxes and let the coaches coach.
-
Posted by: RAMBOS AUNT He told the press he was a wussy pretty much and he should have played Sunday
personally i hate the cowboys. with the redskins struggling at the moment, i am getting much satisfaction from this controversy. but to say marion barber is a "wussy" (by the way, who above the age of 8 uses that word anymore?) is false. i've seen that man run through defensive ends and linebackers like they were skinny gaming nerds. he is tough and knows a lot better than some stupid team owner how is body feels and whether or not he can play.
