I would say reroll. While those perks are by no means bad I wouldn't say they are top tier. Battle runner is a fun perk, its nice to get a bit of a movement boost after a kill, but I don't see it as being necessary for PvE and I'm not sure how viable it is for PvP at this point. Luck in the camber is great on hand cannons but I would say red hand IX has just slightly too big a magazine for it to be worth while. Speed relied is good for any hand cannon and if reinforced barrel does what I think it does then it is also good. Basically I don't think the current perks are good enough to be geared towards PvE or PvP, but if you are going to use it for both then I would say its a decent roll.

Got the exact same roll not that thrilled with battle runner, solid hand cannon though, if crucible was legendary only you would see it a ton more. I use it on the heavy round of trials
