Bungie would much rather investigate any reports in private, where justice can be swift and absolute. I've gone ahead and removed their names from your post. When you see someone that you think is cheating, Bungie definitely wants to know about it. The best way to do that is to use the Report Tool provided in the game. You should inspect the offending player(s) and issue a Report. Bungie is looking for those who purposely exploit the game and/or network to ruin everyone's experience (i.e.: lag switch, DDoS attacks).
