I Got Beat Up At Work
I was in the middle of doing a carry-out for a woman who had just bought a trampoline. Immediately after she leaves and I'm taking back the L-cart, I hear someone behind me say "what the -blam!- is your problem!" I turn around to see who it is, and it's three people I knew from school.
One of them comes up to me and pushes me back and says that I have been hitting on his girlfriend (it's a miracle he even has one). I told him I wasn't, but he continued to argue with me. He eventually takes a swing at me when the argument started to get heated and hit me in the cheek. I punch him in the stomach, grab the collar of his shirt, and pull him to the ground. One of the other two runs away while the other one comes up to me and tries to kick me. I move out of the way and I punch him in the chest.
It was at this time that the guy who ran away came back with a baseball bat and hit me in the face, knocking me out cold.
I wake up in the hospital, where a doctor tells me that my right leg is broken in two places, my right fore-arm is broken (good thing I'm left-handed), and have two broken ribs on the left side.
I'm all patched up now, though. The doctor says I should be fine in a few months.
Needless to say, the three people are going to be going to jail for 3 months.
Edit: I am aware that it is bullshit they only are serving 3 months
Edit; Forgot to say I'm not sure what there sentence is going to be, I was only taking an educated guess since I took a few law classes.

25 답변Solution: sue the fcking shit out of them for every penny they own. Bulldoze their houses with their own money, and build a McDonald's in that spot. When they can't afford college, they'll have no choice but to work for you. It's the American way.

Jeez they must have really gone to town on you after you blacked out. I mean you don't break two limbs and a load of ribs from the kind of scuffle you described. That should definitely extend their sentences in court.

5 답변It's very easy to tell that you are a liar. They wouldn't be sentenced for those charges for months after getting them and that's if the system worked fast for them. You would already be fine if you were telling this story after the sentencing. Maybe learn how the real world works before trying to BS on forums?

Assault Grievous bodily harm Attempted manslaughter/murder (baseball bat to the head) You might even be able to pull racial aggression if you're not 100% American. At least 6 months. Possibly a low sentence, since there's a possibility that this is their first offence.
