Screwed by a Salamander (Trials of Osiris)
I was just dropped from the Trials of Osiris for the second time. First it was Salamander and my team had the same issue, this time it was Pumpkin. Confoundingly, Bungie decided to make a disconnect count as a loss whether or not Mercy has been purchased, so if you're going for the 9-0 streak, you're simply screwed. Now I need to spend [b]another[/b] 6 passage coins and start the grind over. Kinda weird as I've never been dropped from any Crucible match ever. Please tell me I'm not the only one getting owned by this and that Bungie is trying to figure out why it's happening...

I have the same problem. I can still communicate with my teammates, but the console is locked. I have to do a hard reboot of the console. It only happens during trials. I have never made it through trials, because of this. It is unplayable. It happens whether I am wireless or hard wired to the router.

Between rounds the game freezes, my fireteam is kicked to orbit with a loss and an error code "salamander", and I'm forced to hard restart my Xbox (also receiving a ToO loss). Every single time I've played ToO I have had the game freeze and give me a loss. It's incredibly frustrating as I've never been able to finish ToO on my own merit nor achieve anything. Also my fireteam is avoiding playing with me because of this. Bungie, fix this!!!
