PLEASE READ FIRST; Currently the only way to have your own custom perks on faction armour is from a RNG drop from faction packages? I think it would be a great improvement if the Guardian Outfitter offered a service like the Gunsmith does to reforge armours to get RNG perks costing a Mote of Light and Class Armour Upgrade Materials. As reforged Weapons are far more OP then reforged armour I cannot see why this hasn't been implemented yet. Does anyone think we should be able to reforge out faction armours to suit re play style and weapon sets we use?
