WARLOCKS in PRISON of ELDERS
Other than self revive, what use does a warlock have in prison of elders? Because at the moment they seem to be the weakest class for PoE or maybe not.. What do you guys think?
EDIT: I have done lvl 28-35 with my 34 Titan. My team had 2 Titans 1 Hunter. Im asking this question b/c I have 2 more etheric lights and im trying to decide whether to use them on my Warlock or on my Hunter.

I don't even use self res man. How about when the Trickle modifier is on and all your stuff loads up slowly? You know what I do? Go radiance, produce 13 orbs and speed up the cooldowns for all your grenades. Combined with reduced incoming damage and longer radiance, my Warlock is a monster in PoE. Flawlessed every level of PoE without using self res. Warlocks aren't useless, you just have to know how to play as one.

3 답변When talking about PvE, Hunters are the worst class for just about everything but sword bearing. And at this point, everyone Swordbearer should be able to run it on all classes.

Radiant skin and the shield you get from melees really helps when rushing to defuse mines or reviving, I'm sure there's more but I find my supers and grenades don't do overly much for the team. Sun singer at least means your team mates won't have to revive you when you've got a super ready, seen so many people die after they rush to revive and get caught amongst enemies or forget the objective and miss stopping the mines. It's all situational

All classes are useful in some way and it depends on the player. I ran with another Warlock and a Hunter and it was ridiculous how many times I had to revive the Hunter or defuse the bombs. Almost every time he tried to go invisible to make hisself useful he would go down. Now that's not a knock on Hunter as a whole, I just played with someone not as skilled, that goes for any class.

Warlocks, oh you mean the ones who need no revive or the ones who can use angel of light on their own for airborne modified and the lava knight? All classes are useful. Just depends what your team needs. Need bubbles for supers and insta cover? Titans Need help with captures? Hunter Need someone to charge something clearly loaded with baddies? Warlock

Yes, I play Hunter as a main, but you know what, I still proved my own in the higher level PoE events by utilizing what I had with my class. The other two people I was with did the same, being a Titan and a Warlock. By the time we were done, we all felt that every one of us had been extremely useful, because we all did the most we could with what our classes had. The lock self ressed a few times, the Titan's bubble was always a good little safety net, and invis revives made up 90% of the reviving, since I used my invis to also safely navigate without dying as much. Anything that can mitigate risk is useful, and all three classes have abilities that can do that, so how the -blam!- is any single class not useful? And if one person says a certain class isn't useful, but then people who don't even -blam!-ing play that class say it is, that person is probably missing something. Warlock is my least favorite class to play, yet I can still recognize the strengths it brings to a fight. Same goes for Titan and Hunter. Now, if you personally feel one class's skills are more useful than those of another, that's fine, as long as you can still recognize the perks the other classes can bring. If you're the "Hur dur, Warlock best. I don't invite Hunters or Titans because I rely on everyone self ressing all thing time" or "Titan too strong. PoE 35 Bubbles only, no pussy Warlocks or Hunter" or so on, then you're an idiot and are the main issue with what's wrong with this game's community. (Edit for grammar and spelling mistakes)

Idk about you but I've used my fusion grenades to take down the main 2 bosses you fight in lvl 32, the Hive knight and the cabal guy. Also continually spamming orbs for the Titan on my team really helped out with ward of dawn.

Usually what happens when I play end game content on my warlock is my team mates go down and I am left to fight everyone which usually means I die o but guess what I give all of us a second chance with self revive and then we move on and beat it.
