I dont use it because it disengages my Stealth Cloak and thats a no no for me.

Stealth serves a similar function but in a more offensive role. It's rare that I don't see the stealther. So I usually still kill them just as fast. I definitely do a double take that can cause me to lose a shotgun fight. To each his or her own.

Your cloak is less visible if you remain perfectly still, it doesnt get that shimmery effect which makes it great for sniping (Just dont stay zoomed!) and zone defending in Control. Ive had people literally run right up to a zone thinking it was unguarded only to meet the business end of my Swordbreaker because i was sitting there cloaked and they ran right past me lol.
