Foreign aid is a joke...
Why should countries waste money on these undeveloped shitholes? Foreign aid should be turned into domestic aid. I believe that your countrymen should come first over everyone else. We have people going hungry here and mean while we're passing away money

The US instituted the Marshall Plan as a form of foreign aid to repair their economies and prevent the spread of communism. I believe it is sort of the same situation in these third world countries. TL;DR: Poverty leads to communism, communism is bad, give money to poor countries.

7 답변Foreign aid would not be such a joke if it actually went to the people it is supposed to help and not the corrupt governments that make their lives hell to begin with.

1 답변You might have a point, but I believe the residents of third world countries are struggling far more than people struggling in America and Canada.

2 답변Foreign aid does do some good, but there are many situations where the person or persons causing the need for the aid are claiming most of it for themselves.
