How did you start Swordbearing?
I have my hunter ready to go and I'm confident in myself that I can do it.
I've managed to get a few hits in solo, heck, I'd be able to solo the raid as a whole if it wasn't for Crota.
But NO-ONE cares about a novice Swordbearer.
How did you start?
How can I start?
I know HOW to Swordbear, I just feel like I'd cock it up majorly.
Edit: Just thought I'd add, I'm on XB1 and my GT is CCXGT.
I'm usually on after 12pm GMT if anyone's interested.
Edit 2: So I've met this amazing guy, 'JagerMorder91' who is willing to teach me and be patient with me.
We ran through CE Normal 3 times yesterday, each time him being the Swordbearer, he then took me to the Sword of Crota mission and taught me the basics.
We're gonna take a shot at it later on today and hopefully I won't cock it up too badly!

4 답변작성자: dmdh1989 5/12/2015 9:05:57 PMBack when the dark below dropped we had a solid raid group. I was the second most experienced. So the most experience hunter took the sword in the beginning. I took over from time to time until he and some others of that group lost interest. From that time i just did it most of the time. Did a flawless raider run today. When the dark below dropped we all had to find out what worked and what didn't. Now i try to teach some the way of the sword but it takes practice. And often people just want to get it over with especially on hard.

It took me a few tries to get it solid but once I did I kicked Crota's ass like a bawss - Now I volunteer to run sword bc I feel its way better then just standing around shooting rockets

I used to Raid with the same people but the first two times we completed it we had to bring in a Hunter who had done it before. From watching these two guys I figured it was pretty straight forward. Nobody else in my group ran a Hunter so I was the obvious choice. Spent an hour just getting used to the timing and button combinations and then it all clicked into place. I stopped raiding because my friends played at stupid times for me and I became a bit resentful that I was the only one of us that could successfully run sword. Whenever I tried for a completion of either of my other characters it was a cluster-blam!-. Ran sword on Normal for the first time in two months last night. First try.

1 답변Spend a couple runs paying close attention to what the sword runner does, then ask to try next go round.

I started before I was 30 and it wasn't pretty and then quit and then once I got the brilliant idea to flawless raid cause my brother had a ghorn I'm like what the hell why not and well did it first time after watching many do it I learned by watching
