I made this rankings based on my time playing destiny. I am almost 100% sure that this rankings are accurate. I have plenty of time played with each subclass and have explored their pros and cons to the max. This is a completely unbiassed opinion that i put much thought into it. If you disagree with the order the subclasses are ranked in, i am certain that you have not played enough with each subclass to voice your opinion. Please take into consideration the full capability of each subclass before disagreeing.
Most people are disagreeing with Sunsinger being top in pvp. This is because it takes someone who knows how to use this subclass in order to do well. The way i see it is, an average Hunter will outperform an average Sunsinger. But a good Sunsinger will outperform a good Hunter. Sunsinger is the most underrated subclass in pvp. First i will give you the correct set up for a proper Sunsinger. Firebolt grenade, focussed burst, radiant skin, flame shield, viking funeral, touch of flame, high armor and recovery with a high discipline\strength built. Run this set up with voidfang vestments, which will grant you a grenade upon respawning. Now you cant simply change your set up to this and expect to do well right away, it takes time. The firebolt grenade will remove up to 90% of a players health, this means you can hit him with one bullet from a handcannon, scout rifle, high impact auto rifles, snipers, almost anything and he will die. Not only does it do a lot of damage, but the burn of the grenade will keep the target weak and show his position on the map for 10 seconds. The flame shield not only burns a target, it grants you an overshield upon simply hitting a target(imo the most op ability in pvp). With high strength, flame shield should be up for all close quarters encounters, which should be won(unless the other player is more skilled). So far i have shown you how a Sunsinger can be ridiculously powerful from afar and a close distance. As for radiance, i think it is the most well rounded super for pvp. Most people think bladedancers have the best super because of their kill potential. Radiance have the same kill potential as any other super in the game, it also makes easy orbs. For radiance to be useful the user must be highly skilled, as for bladedancers or gunslingers the user could be average at best. This is the main reason as to why people think Sunsingers are inferior.
A Sunsinger can completely take over a part of the map and he does not have to be within that area to do so. As i stated before one firebolt grenade will remove 90% of a players health, being able to throw 10 of these makes it self explanatory. If the user feels the need to engage an area personally, he'll simply one melee an opponent(granting him an overshield, which is not op at all sarcasm). I could literally write a book about Sunsingers superiority, but i think this is enough for now.

1 답변Im sorry but when you recommend voidfang vestments as the exotic piece for a sunsinger, you instantly lost any remaining credibility you ever had. which wasnt alot to begin with Also what even makes you so dam high and mighty to decided the "100% sure that this rankings are accurate." claim?

1 답변All these people with Gunslinger at the bottom for pve are doing it wrong. It's not all about the supers people! Gunslingers make all guns better, do you not use your guns in pve? (As much fun as running around and punching things is, it's not really the best strategy for difficult enemies.) Also the super is good (not incredible, but good) if used correctly. My order: Pve: Defender Gunslinger Sunsinger Voidwalker Bladedancer Striker (yet possibly the most fun) Pvp: (this order is for control or clash, I don't have enough experience in the smaller game modes to have a valid ranking) Gunslinger Striker Sunsinger Voidwalker Bladedancer Defender (The middle 4 are all close for pvp, Gunslinger has a slight edge IMO, and defender titan is just not great for 6 on 6 when other supers can kill you inside your bubble. Exception: a team of 4+ defenders chaining supers.) In the end it all comes down to play style and preference, that's why you see so many different lists here.

1 답변Why put voidwalker above striker? Honest question. Is it due to the fact you can throw the nova bomb, which is pretty much the same thing as FoH?

2 답변I feel honored to talk to God! Never done that before. Check that off my bucket list. If the best gunslinger faced the best the best sunsinger, I would put money, a lot of money, on the one wielding the golden gun. However you are certainly correct, sunsinger is INCREDIBLY undervalued. I recently ground out iron banner on my warlock (I like only play hunter in crucible but I wanted the good looking IB gear for my warlock) and began on Voidwalker because it's the most similar to blade dancer, which is what I was used to. But I became frustrated and switched to my sunsinger. OMG. I was wreaking. Triple kills by double throwing firebolt a onto a control point WITHOUT using radiance (because warlocks can naturally carry two grenades boo yaa) But for me: PvP solo: Gunslinger Bladedancer Sunsinger Voidwalker Striker Defender PvP team player: Defender Sunsinger Gunslinger Voidwalker Striker Bladedancer PvE solo: Sunsinger Voidwalker Striker Defender Bladedancer Gunslinger PvE team player: Defender Bladedancer Sunsinger Voidwalker Striker Gunslinger Be happy to debate my lists so fill my notifications with replies people!!!!
