Why do you people talk about "rolls" so much?
Like i am so sick of it the forum is so cluttered with people asking how there "rolls" are. I find this so annoying Timurs Lash is a garbage gun that gets blown out of the water by the Fatebringer and Word of Crota on pve especially since they both do elemental damage. For PvP the Thorn and Last Word blow it out of the water no matter how good your "roll" is. My point of this post is why do "rolls" matter so much to people?
Edit: When you can do this at the gunsmith this is all the forums will be "Guys how is my "roll" for my blah blah?"

A timurs Lash with Range finder Luck in chamber Flared magwell (Baby Hawkmoon) Can easily destroy any thorn or last word user. A spear with Final round Armor piercing rounds Performance bonus Out classes most snipers in pvp. A slimurs wrath with right rolls can Tickle a person more than a nechrocasm can hope to. A felwinters is annoying. But with right rolls it goes from annoying to very annoying. Ragegast with Proximity Clown cartridge Field scout. Outclasses all rocket launchers in pvp. Johlders hammer. Can 2 shot a person with right perks. Easily beating any lmg. As for pve. A spear with Expect to find more ammo. Field scout 3rd perk is preference. Beats out any sniper rifle. Has the same damage as black hammer. Black hammer is only better for strikes and slow targets. And can be any element. Other guns are a bit towards pvp over pve.

4 답변Because they have no idea what they are doing for the most part. They can't look at a weapon, look at its perks, and then decide if they are good or not. In short, they lack some basic comprehensive ability.

2 답변People want to get advice on whether or not their weapons are top-level/useable. Some perks are way better than others, like outlaw over grenadier. Or shot package over kneepads for a shotty. People just want to get advice on their weapons. A bad roll should end in a dismantle (unless it's an IB weapon). A good roll should be kept. What's so hard to understand about that?
