CHEATING IN CRUCIBLE! p.s. not teamwork
I was just in an iron banner game. Like any other game, all was going well. My team was up by 5000 points and we were going to win. That is, until the other team (mostly titans) decided to all use their supers (bubbles) one after another at one control point for the rest of the game. This game was at Asylum on Venus and they had an infinite, indestructible fortress at control point B in the middle of the map for the whole team. We could not kill a single player on the enemy team and that 5000 point lead was quickly overtaken and we lost 17000-20000. Our score never moved beyond 17000 and we lost a crushing and completely UNFAIR defeat. I am just wondering why this kind of thing is even possible? How are you supposed to win a match when the other team is virtually indestructible.
Is their anything Bungie can do to fix this problem?
I find it completely unfair because that team will most likely win every single match guaranteed. They would peek out of the fortress and unload their Last Words and then go back into the bubbles. You couldn't kill them because their shields would just regenerate immediately. You couldn't get close because some of the bubbles had the stun feature.

No, it's not cheating. Cheating requires deception and risk. It's talentless, wuss puss, cheese dick tactics. Every proponent of these [i]strategies[/i] will say "... but it works, so why not?" Right. Why not take the easy route? The short cut seems to work, so take it. The fact remains: If you need to use it, you suck. You can keep it.

1 답변You're the cheater...cheating yourself out of a well rounded game by using 3 locks. You're also cheating your teammates out of a W by rushing titan bubbles. Please quit cheating

Best question. Why did you attack them with a 5000 point lead. Sitting in a bubble wouldn't have won them the game. Sit back and let them come to you eventually you guys will get supers and can devistate their strategy when they come at you.

6 답변I think there should be a separate matchmaking for fireteams to match them with other teams and leave randoms to fight randoms. I'm facing a similar situation with going up against full clans in random matches.

That's not cheating its teamwork. Your calling teamwork cheating. Unbelievable. Titan bubbles are not indestructible. Any other super save another bubble can evap a bubble in under 10 seconds. If you were using teamwork and coordination you would have been fine so I'd say you deserved to lose.

Used this strat before. 4 titans with the Crest can generate enough orbs to keep their supers going while the other 2 (preferably gunslingers) pop infinite supers. Defensively this works until the other team spams all their supers at the same time. Nova bombs, GG's, FoP, etc. Alternatively while they may use this they don't have access to heavy ammo unless they leave their bubbles. So it's a win lose for the people doing it. Your team didn't have good coordination as I've actually lost while using this. I've also had games where the everyone on the other team leaves. The real way to beat this is wait it out. If you were up by 5k points just don't do anything. The timer will start to drop to where if the other team wants to win they have to leave. Sounds like you all did well enough before hand you would have been able to win.

Team of blink shotguns, could be the same arguement. Like it was said before, it's just a strategy. It sucks when a group is so well organized, that they can pull it off, but any class CAN, have the same success (with the right amount of strategy). 6 ppl chaining supers, will get you the win....probably 9 times out of 10. ...amirite?

1 답변They saved their supers and used them when it mattered and pulled out an impressive win in my books. Definitely not cheating, but would not be a fun game to play against. Anyways, one good fist of havoc or something they would have been done. Plenty of time to switch classes to something more effective. Sucks, but by no means is it an unfair strategy or anything. Sounds like good communication and a solid comeback.

First off that's not cheating, second off I guarantee you that you and your team kept shooting the bubbles to feed them even more orbs, and third off.. You can easily cap two points away from the super infested area to win.. Or built up super to destroy their fortress.. Last part actually take skill though.. I wouldn't suggest it cause seeing you cry about it seems like a huge indicator that you lack that skill..

It is a stragtegy, so it is legit. Just hole up on the other side of a map. We did. We were up 5000ish, with 9 minutes left. The round ended with us up 3500, although we did make about another 1200 points. They wasted so much time up front and couldn't kill us with their su singers and golden guns. It was embarrassing for them.
