Lag switches everywhere
With the iron banner coming back tomorrow morning, I just want to know, what if anything bungie is doing to prevent these skilless scrubs from lagging the matches to the point of unplayable. I've been noticing these guys more and more lately in regular crucible. I know they will be out in full force tomorrow morning trying to get the new helmet. I know the difference between lag and cheating, when titans hop around as if they had blink then that's lag, when 5 team mates are shooting one guy with shotguns and half a second later everyone is dead, that's a switch.

72 답변I can guarantee you that Bungie actively investigates network manipulation and other forms of cheating. We will continue to monitor game performance for people abusing the system and enforce our policies. As mentioned in the past two Weekly Updates, we've already dealt with a number of players who were confirmed to be cheating in one form or another. Rest assured that we will continue to do so. 4 답변Man I -blam!-ing done whit the pvp multiplayer, this game is shit on pvp, a lot of cheaters. I dont know what is thinking bungie and his programming team, but this is the worst multiplayer pvp in all the world. Its frustrating to play and see some one insensible, he can kill you and you cant do anything to protect your self. Bungie in the future avoid to make pvp multiplayer, you dont have the ability to do a game whitout cheaters, they take benefits of their own modems and udp unicorn programs.

I know this isnt a computer game, but! I quit playing WoW because of crap like this. I quit playing SWTOR because of crap like this. Im not saying this about bungie but i have reason to believe alot of the cheating done in both of those games was by their employees and or their family members and or friends. That is why nothing was ever done. If nothing is done (and it can be) for destiny then i will have to say the same thing about this game. just sayen!

This just happened to me and my buddy. We were up 8,000 to 2,500. A new team of 4 comes and joins the remaining two. All of a sudden, we can't shoot them because they're teleporting all over the place. We end up getting cornered, they take 2 points, capture all the heavy ammo, can't be touched. We're dying before we even realize it because the lag was so real it wasn't funny. Anyone that says lag switching isn't a thing in Destiny is completely wrong. Either that, or Bungie seriously needs to strengthen these servers.

The lag switching has become so rife in the Iron Banner now I feel left out. It is a joke that Bungie does nothing about these cheats who blatantly flout their cheating in every match. These people need to be reported and banned permanently and then hopefully that will stop or at least slow it down as it is now a joke.

Bungie needs to be more proactive about addressing Lag Switchers yeah we can report cheaters and bungie might look into it after the matter but i think if bungie could update there netcode to catch cheaters and kick them in the act would be a much better more proactive manner of addressing the issue.

1 답변I know everyone gets up in arms whenever this idea is mentioned, but if you could only go to the lighthouse once a week per character you'd see a lot fewer cheaters in trials. Sure the first day would be a nightmare, but then things would settle down

5 답변To my knowledge, when someone attempts to use a lag switch on crucible it just kicks the user from the game due to there being no servers, Destiny functions on a player to player connection. But what may have happened is there is that a lot of people in the match had bad connection causing severe lag to all players in the match due to the player to player connection.
