If a player is bringing your fireteam down because of their lack of skill, then don't be afraid to remove them from your group or ban them altogether. Although this topic is Destiny specific, this correlates to any online game for the matter. If you're doing a raid, strike, PvP etc and you're in a party with a player so bad he's contributing nothing and dying constantly, then DO NOT be afraid to remove them. For me and many other aspiring competitive gamers, victory is the top priority and casual fun comes second. I want to see more successful fireteams in Crucible, more successful raid teams and less Nightfall failures amongst other things.
EDIT: I know I'm going to get hated on for this but instead of acting like a child, share your opinion in a mature fashion.
Second EDIT: Calling me a bitch, insulting my intelligence or just being a dick towards peoples opinions will not be tolerated. There's a mute button, I will use it.

4 답변I really don't mind the "lack skill" in a video game, I mean " having skill" in a video game it's just stupid in my opinion, what I do mind is the fact that players try to make the experience of either a raid or a strike mission the most annoying thing in the world on purpose.

3 답변If anything, I'd kick anyone with your attitude. If someone is trying their best, then I can appreciate that.

Unless they are deliberately trying to sabotage the team I won't kick them. If anything I try my best to carry them and if they are extremely underlevelled like not even being able to damage enemies I ask them to leave and that ill take them thru it once they are leveled.

I think it really depends on the situation. If im playing the nightfall with some low level friends who are new to the game i dont mind when they mess up because i was once in their shoes and giving them a hand along with some useful tips goes along way. However, players who beg to be taken into a raid and 1. Consistently ignore directions 2. Play with a careless attitude and die over and over again 3. Blame others or insult fireteam members: should usually get the boot.

I try not to kick them. If they are trying and you can see they are trying their hardest then struck with them as they want to complete the raid as well. Plus if your other fireteam members are strong and can hold their own it shouldn't be a problem anyways. I only kick people who are messing about and are ruining it for the team!!

1 답변작성자: BingoBangoBungo 4/26/2015 7:58:27 PMI kick people who don't have mics and don't listen to people. I think it's arrogant to do a 6 man mission and expect the other 5 in the team to adapt to you not having a mic. I inform the fire team of what the mic-less person is doing, warn the person without the mic, then kick them if they continue. Needless to say it works so much better after they're kicked

If he is a new player then I have patience. But when he has been playing a while and is downright terrible I will use tue 3 strike rule. 3 mess ups in one run and you are gone. 1. Kill knights when told no to 2. Run out the door before told to 3. Die going in or out the door 4. Die leaving ogre room 5. Constantly talking when doing crota Of course I only use this for hard crota. If its vog or normal crota then me and my team will carry you or make you stay in the crystal roon.

1 답변I had to kick a guy last night on HM Atheon because he kept dying and laughing about it and generally just screwing around.

It depends. If he is new and trying to learn, i have no problem helping him out. Everyone has to learn at some point and we all were at that stage at some point. If he is a "vet" and still sucks, like can't run relic on VOG or shoots atheon wtih rockets then yeah, he gets the boot.

1 답변I go looking to join groups now, hosting is too much work. But I've kicked bad players before.

2 답변I give them as many chances as I can afford but at some point someone who contributes nothing or is even detrimental to the mission has to go

4 답변The generation of participation awards feel entitled to everything. Nobody fails school now a days, every sports tournament participant gets a trophy, participation trumps ability. Blame those who agree with the above for the actions of society. It will only get worse. Might aswell accept it.

2 답변I'm not an asshole, I teach them to be better instead of being a little bitch by kicking them.

3 답변Who the f@#$% carried me when I started Destiny on day 1? Why we should "embrace" the newbies? NO, only by being mean and harsh is when people truly learn, and it is a pretty fast method too. So screw the noobs.

1 답변I'm just curious, is being bad for you considered just bad? Or are you willing to try to teach them? I just ask because I know people with your mentality (which isn't a bad one) on both sides of the road.
