Lvl 30 Hobgoblin OHK lvl 31 Guardian?
Ok so doing this weeks NF and i got one shotted by a hobgoblin.I was thinking maybe he got a crit on me but wuteva.Then on an alt it happened again!Maybe its just me but i dont think a lvl 30 enemy should be able to one shot a guardian at a higher lvl.Even a lvl 29 should have a sliver of health left.Yeah I understand the burns are +300% from any source.Still...I just dont remember NF enemies getting OHK unless I was 2 levels under.Anyone else notice this?
