You, along with fans of games like Evolve, have now ensured that the days of buying a complete game are long gone. Soon enough, every game will have a season pass at launch, and companies will continue to hack their games into pieces so that they can milk gamers (or in this case their parents ) for every dime they can. Selling you just a chunk of the actual, complete game $20 at a time. And not only do you not even question these methods, but you wait in line to bend over for them.

Nah. The backlash from this has been heard loud and clear. Microsoft gave everyone a free remaster of a title along with some live time. Ubisoft is keeping their expectations in check for the Division and being open and communicative through thr development cycle. Batman was delayed for quality. DLC is a shitty way to make a fee extra bucks IMO. Make a damn sequel if you wanna keep going and earn my money.

You do know that major companies would have done this regardless right? Destiny is not the main culprit. Have you not seen the game that only has 6 hrs of gameplay? But let me guess.... Destiny is the reason behind that epic failure! You need to educate yourself better before you reproduce.

Since when did add ons change from the status of "cool extra content" to "a way to steal money from me and proof the game was released incomplete"? Remember getting TDB from the store? All you had to do was confirm the purchase didn't have to download a thing? Ever stop to think areas that were unlocked with the add on were made that way so we didn't have to download an add on from the store so we could get back to our game faster instead of some how being proof that they chopped this game up to make more money off us? stop to look at the bigger picture kid instead of being narrow minded
