PVE Only Players Are Boring, No Wonder They're Bored
I see all these posts about 'we are bored now...' And 'everyone looks the same' etc. no wonder they are bored. Pvp/crucible is the ultimate test of your ability to be competitive and adjust and understand your load out. NO ONE looks the same in the crucible because everyone gears up differently. A lot of PVE players could really benefit from just a little time in pvp. It makes you a better player in general.
For anyone looking: I'm not saying Destiny's pvp is the best pvp out there. I'm just saying for Destiny, pvp is the ultimate test of your ability to determine your load out and ability setup to fight and win.
And yes, the lag is a real problem. For sure.
Lastly, IM FINALLY OFF WORK. See you in the crucible.
BTW Bungie...I'm enjoying myself, but your servers are real crap these last couple days.

My K/D on three characters is a combined 0.94. This isn't great yet makes NO DIFFERENCE on this particular topic.

4 답변Killing real live noobs in the Crucible is infinitely more fun than killing the same scripted enemies over and over and over again! Heard in Normal Crota Raid: Player 1: Ill snipe the Knights in the tower man. Player 2: Sounds good i'll help. Player 3: Cool ill down Crota. Player 4: Me2! Player 5: Im taking the sword i guess lol (Knights start coming out in the tower in the same pattern as always) Player 1 and Player 2 snipe first 2 Knights in tower Player 3: Knight on the bridge!!! Knight on the bridge!!!!!!! Player 1: Yes i know dumbf*ck its been the same damn pattern EVERY SINGLE TIME WE RUN CROTA!!!!!!!!!! Which is why his head was missing before you could even finish your sentence! And its way worse in Story Missions, Strikes and Patrol. Same BS over and over and over. At least HOW will give us some new patterns to learn in PVE lol But i'll take unpredictible enemies all day long over that garbage. Even with the lag issues...

I couldn't agree more. I think Im playing better now than before I tried pvp...it's all about playstyle and effectiveness... Like before, opening the VoG my special loadout would be a void sniper - now it's a void shotgun. Before I didn't manage to keep a synch plate clear by myself, now I can... And also, something that is very individual ofcourse, try adjusting Your sensitivity up a bit from the standard 3.

Its funny, I play 98% PvE but I only play on weekends because of school, I get it all done by Sunday and then play ROC, I enjoy PvP though and because I'm in holidays I only just started doing hard raids and I've finished nearly every thing, I'm gonna go into PvP, its really fun despite what everyone says, I'm gonna get my warlock leveled by doing PvP, I've set myself a challenge to get to level 20 just by doing PvP, it probably won't happen though lol

1 답변I can't stand the idea of running only PvE on three characters. I'd rather have just two or even one main and participate in all game modes rather than power gaming raids three times per week. I enjoy PvE and PvP and have gotten better at the Crucible, if still inconsistent.

Since launch the only thing we've had besides the DLC was the queens wrath once...PVE crowds are shunned while pvp crowds are catered to on top of whining about guns being too op...then they nerf them in pvp as well as PVE. Plus the pvp aspect seems forced on people who don't like it but want the exotic weapons (fate of all fools seems messed up because not everyone likes pvp, there should be a PVE option as well)Just my opinion anyways,

I used to play both, pvp gets just as boring and your claim to diversity is laughable. Everyone gravitates to the same weapons which is all that matters. From there you can choose armor based on discipline, int or strength but that doesn't matter as much once IB comes around

4 답변작성자: HaouRyuk 4/22/2015 4:49:01 PMUm no, most every 30+ player i see in the crucible looks identical, save for the exotics and shaders, and as for a "test of your ability" most matches hinder on weather or not your were: A:lucky enough to get mached with a decent team (several times ill have 30+ kills and still lose thanks to my -20 teammates) B: your lucky enough to spawn and or take the good side of the map (almost every map in the game has an inherent advantage to which if you"re up against a half decent team your pretty much SOL C: weather or not you've been rewarded with a gun good enough to use that hasn't been nerfed, but then your right back to the top of looking and useing the same shit everyone else is, the only players currently that have a mostly unique look are about 28 and lower, other wise its all raid, and vendor crap Also D: lag, destiny servers by comparison to other fps' are terrible

1 답변The crucible is the ultimate test of depressing you to the point of wanting to jump off the edge of the tower but fighting that urge tooth and nail... It's also a test of fighting bad map design with poor mechanics and serious super cheese.

1 답변Recently I've been attempting to do pvp and it's pretty fun (only on my warlock), I honestly say I suck at it but with time I'll hopefully get better. Before I didn't even attempt pvp before because I would literally get 0 kills and like 15 deaths.

The connectivity of Pvp is a big joke. Why the -blam!- don't they add a "[b]Local Search[/b]" option when looking for a match? Why do I always get paired up with people with [i]Red Bars[/i]? So many kill trading that shouldn't be happening.
