What's up with that Vandal?
Over in the forgotten shore, by a cave near the main shipwreck, there is a level 3 or 4 reaver vandal who has the health of a level 20+. Is this a glitch? Is this old news? Very weird.

6 답변I got curious and did a bit of research. Turns out there's no tangible evidence as to why Randal the Vandal is there. On a different note. Nearby (while on patrol, not the mission) go to the entrance to the bunker down the stairs of Seige of the Warmind, there's 3 knights and a little suprise down there [spoiler]the suprise is a knight that could go toe to toe with Randal[/spoiler]
