What's up with that Vandal?
Over in the forgotten shore, by a cave near the main shipwreck, there is a level 3 or 4 reaver vandal who has the health of a level 20+. Is this a glitch? Is this old news? Very weird.

One of the most challenging things in the game, no lies! ...you know what I hate? Dying on patrol. That relief when you see him go down (eventually) and all the glimmer shards fly and the sound of your shield regen. Victory! ...now, I need to go find ammo lol.

Randal? Man you best bring really good Weapons if you want to go up against him. First time I met him he totally wrecked me and a pal with the greatest of ease. He's one of the things I like best about this Game.
