presuming means talking like you know it's going to happen. "I can't see them letting us do that" isn't presuming, it's an opinion. Don't try and be clever on a forum it makes you look like a right bell end.

It is my opinion that all the weapons and armor in the game from common to 'outdated' legendaries will be progressively upgradeable to max legendary stats in an attempt to give then game more replay value as well as effectively add content.

And I hope that your right. I just can't see them letting us do it with all of them. If they do, itl be hard for us to do so. The most likely option Ive seen someone say on here is with the vanguard/crucible commendations.
