Somtimes it's bugged but I noticed that before 1.1.2 as well. Sometimes when you shoot multiple 100% precision shots they all completely miss the target. In my experience it only happened to the walker during sepiks prime strike shooting from the pipes right next to the entrance of the area. Waiting and switching weapons will solve the problem
