Destiny is pointless now
The game has no point if you are level 30 or above. There is no point to even see anyone in the tower except for bounties and those individuals in the tower that have to do with engrams. The game as a whole has no point except to earn gear. Now once that awesome gear is earned what in the hell do you with it? Another raid? 10 more strikes to earn experience for that awesome gear only to do what? Another strike? Another raid? And now bungie says sorry losers no raid for that sweet sweet house of wolves dlc. But rather substitute it with a prison of elders horde mode? Now with that being said let me guess what the reward is for getting far in horde mode.... wicked new house of wolves gear that I will only be utilizing in the same repetitive strikes, raids, pve, and all new horde mode? There is no point to the game anymore except to earn new gear and repeat the same game modes with that new gear. That's literally it. There's no more story. Just earn gear and repeat the same bullshit over n over n over n over then download a new dlc then earn new gear then repeat. My point is simple... GIVE US SOMETHING OTHER TO DO WITH THE NEW GEAR OTHER THEN PLAYING ANOTHER GAME MODE JUST TO EARN NEW GEAR AND PUT IN STORAGE TO HAVE AND DO NOTHING WITH!!!

작성자: ValorRob 4/18/2015 10:36:59 PMI think you thought that this game would have more exploration and horizontal expansions (as did I). The progression in destiny is very vertical. In a game like skyrim or GTA, when you gain levels you also gain access to different areas and/or activities (like flight or under water, revealing new areas/activities that were there but "locked" behind story/transportation/level barriers). Destiny doesn't do this nor will it ever. (Edit: minimal exploration of the open world planets as you progress, but limited to mission location). "If you can see it, you can go there" was simply a buzz phrase created by suits to generate pre sales from the MMO/RPG fans. If you don't like it, move on or just play less to extend any enjoyment you do get. Don't let the grind wear you out. Edit: also, stop preordering and gaming companies may try to impress you as well as take your money. If not preordered, read reviews to see if the game is for you. I learned my lesson.

1 답변You're acting like Destiny isn't anymore repetitive than any other game that has come out. Stfu scrub. If you don't enjoy it stop playing noob. Go play the plenty of other titles available instead of whining on the forums like someone is suppose to give a shit you don't have fun playing it.

1 답변What game has ever not been pointless once you've completed it. I've picked up PvP myself just b/c of the challenge. This is no different than when I've leveled out my cod player. I'm just thankful Destiny came out when advanced warfare did b/c it was lame. Star Wars battlefront is on the way and so is elder scrolls online. It's only time.

I see this as the ONLY game ever that has kept me interested for now over 4 months. To me that is within itself is impressive. I have 3 level 31's (30 ) as I got new armor - and still don't have all the spoils of everything from the raids so if you have absolutely every available item ever offered no matter how good or bad those might be, then go but a different game and stop complaining here about this one! But if you don't have everything EVER offered then stop complaining and go get everything that is my intentions and I won't even be close to that goal when HOW drops thus adding to my quest. I got my work cut out, so maybe you should rethink your position and stop complaining about it.

2 답변I have a confession... I love Destiny. As I am primarily a console gamer, I felt like bungie finally did it, they finally figured it out- we didn't just want to be entertained by the game, we wanted the time we invested into the game to feel relevent! On top of that bungie was going to blend the f.p.s. with the m.m.o.! I don't know about the rest of you but, when I heard about news about Destiny, my imagination was full of possibilities. Was it going to be like Halo and World of Warcraft had a baby and they named it Destiny?! :D And, well, it was that awesome. . . for a month. In a moths time my clan and I were at max lvl. I think this is when I started to notice the leveling problem. The frustrating question started to becone more apparent- if the AI was immune when just a few levels ahead of me, how come this level 5 dregg can still damage me significantly? We were a little bummed, no big deal though, we were assured that there was much more content going to be released with CE and we could achieve lvl 32! So, like everyone else, we started grinding the game. Then Crota drops! Amazing raid! Gitchy but SO much fun! Within three weeks the clan and I were all lvl 32. Being so proud of our new lvl and new weapons we did what most did- return to Atheon to show him what was up! Absolutely, no differance... just as challenging as it was be for we leveled So, we were hit with the reality- the time we invested into our characters didn't matter. Crota got a little easier, but that was it. That lvl 5 dregg, still a total bada$$. I assume bungie is doing this due to the lack of content they've released. Hoping, this will keep most of the player "entertained enough". I just hope, one day, that my then lvl 67 titan can withstand the fire from a lvl 5 dregg.

14 답변작성자: I TYRANT 5 I 4/16/2015 9:44:46 PMI saw this a few months ago, and you nailed. I have decided to put the game away. There really is no reason to play this game. To much grinding for what? No story to follow. Theres no connection with your character. They decided to eliminate the raid, and that was huge for me and the final nail in the coffin. I only continued to play, because it was a game where 6 players can team up and play co op. We played the raid together, and had fun with it. Now with the raid being absent with the next DLC. All the friends that took a break have decided to forget Destiny all together since no raid is coming. There's nothing for us to do. Destiny got my money for buying the season pass. The got me and my money, because I don't care about the next DLC. My friends list is now absent with anyone playing the game since the news dropped. I have 23 friends playing at this time, and not one is on Destiny. How quickly things changed.
