The act of being gay isn't a sin according to the Church, (or at least that's the way I understood it) it's the act of sex that is a sin in the Church's eyes. I'm not saying I agree with this, I'm just telling it how it is.

Science has proven that Adam and Eve didn't exist .... Haha ok! Show me .... Science will say whatever they can to disprove the bible. Scientist will never tell you .... NEVER tell you they are 100 truthful on the majority of they hypothesizes ..... Evolution is a joke being the creation of life. Don't give me that crap. Aspects of evolution are correct adaptation etc .... But I'm sorry we didn't evolve out of primordial ooze to become what we are now nor did we evolve from monkeys or cave men. Aspects of evolution are true .... Adaptation, survival of the fittest is something I agree with. But, all of life coming from 1 single celled organism is IMPOSSIBLE ..... And not even science can tell you that it's 100% the truth. Life was created. Sorry a single celled organism didn't come out of a pool of water with lungs, a brain, a beating heart, fully functioning eyes etc ...
