So I was having a discussion with someone and they argued because they don't believe in God that they will be punished for eternity by God in hell. When it's actually the opposite ..... God does not do the punishing .... You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! But reach out and take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!” “All right, you may test him,” the LORD said to Satan. “Do whatever you want with everything he possesses, but don’t harm him physically.” So Satan left the LORD’s presence. (‭Job‬ ‭1‬:‭10-12‬ NLT) God allows satan to punish people to test their faith and glorify him through every situation. God will not punish you for eternity for not accepting his son as your savior. Hell isn fully described but I believe the greatest punishment will be eternal separation from our creator and knowing who [b]HE[/b] is and not being able to be near him or worship him. It's astounding how many people that reply that know nothing about the bible, nor have read the bible but yet want to argue it's truth, or that the bible has contradictions/errors in it. Edit 5: read and study Roger Oakland, evolutionist, biologist turned Christian .... Very amazing story of redemption and salvation. You might learn something from him .... He's smarter than me at explaining it all.
