1 답변If you're lucky you could roll Firefly on most legendary hand cannons. People have gotten rolls with Timur's Lash that make it on par with or close to Fatebringer.

Keep in mind most nerfs are because of pvp because it gives other players a disadvantage. Why would you deny both yourself and others of Fatebringer's benefits? -rant over-

Explosive rounds are a tiered perk, so they can't be one of the main upgrades, and firefly is what makes it unique, you do have to get lucky to get it so it's not "commen" (you spelled it wrong) [spoiler]someones just jelly[/spoiler]

Would the scrub stop talking about weapon balancing please. Fatebringer already has explosive rounds, explosive rounds are a mid tier perk, not second, the Fatebringer is a raid weapon, and as such should be better than other weapons of it's type.
