Trials of Osiris has (visually) unique gear (Image inside)!
I must say, I'm quite surprised by this turnout. To see that not only the armor but also the weapons are completely new in appearance is a very pleasant surprise to me. Some of the Iron Banner gear was unique (I think), but none of the weapons were. I'm stoked to get my invitation now, if only to get that sweet Egyptian-esque armor!
What do you guys and gals think of the gear? Personally I think it looks good, but I'm interested in seeing other opinions!
Edit: I'll be honest, I'm pretty impressed that Bungie took the inspiration behind Osiris' name and made all the gear from the Trials Egyptian God themed! Now, if someone could work out what the Hunter armor is based on, that'd be great!

3 답변They should've based hunter armor off of bastet. Then they'd all be animal related (titan is horus, the ibis. Warlock is anubis, the jackal. Hunter would be bastet, the cat.)

2 답변I heard someone say that the Hunter armor is based on the God Ra. The Titan armor is based on the God Horus. And the Warlock Armor is based on the God Anubis. Seems pretty logical to me! Correct me if I'm wrong though! :)

Warlock armor looks like Anubis/jackal (the animal) Hunter armor looks like something to do with Ra? He's got an eyehole that looks like a sun. Titan armor looks like Osiris (the Egyptian God of war, depicted as a hawk)

1 답변I like the warlock and hunter armor, the titan armor is a bit of a mood killer especially since I'm a titan myself.
