Bungie you have lost numerous players due to this decision...
The Destiny that alot of people had hope for is done and is just never going to happen. The pitiful "Raids" were the only thing keeping some people attached to the game and a large portion of your playerbase doesn't give a damn about PvP.
No raid for around 6 months and still gonna charge $20 for the DLC because it has a glorified Iron Banner activity?
You think that you are gonna keep people coming back to the game for that? Especially with the other games that are gonna be available?
Nope.
I didn't buy this game to play the steaming pile of PvP that it has. I bought it for the storyline and the promise of PvE activities. Of which we have had NONE since Queens Wrath in OCTOBER of last year. The vanilla game has next to no storyline and NONE of the "Story" missions in the DLC do a single damn thing to enhance what little scraps of story we got.
HoW was gonna be my last straw. I was going to play it because sadly I already payed for the damn thing, but I don't even see the point now without a raid. I don't care about PvP its not why I bought the game. Its not why a LARGE portion of the playerbase bought the game.
You have failed to deliver on what you promised your fans and now you are just falling further down the hole. There will still be players playing of course, but you are going to lose A [i]LOT[/i] of people over this. You have such an amazing premise for this series, but you are failing on every single possible level when it comes to capitalizing on that premise. You have completely ignored your PvE playerbase and beat us over the head with PvP activities and now you are replacing an entire raid with a PvP event. Yet you are acting like its a fair trade when in reality this is a massive deal breaker for alot of your players.
PvP is an important part of this game I get that, but you are completely ignoring the PvE aspect and have done so since the launch of the game itself.
I had hoped that given the massive push for more story content and more content overall you guys would have put that feedback into making HoW into the kind of content that we all expected from you since the beginning , but its obvious you just don't care about the story or having more content. You are content to just put out the bare minimum and force people to endlessly repeat the same exact activities for weeks on end and yet you still charge a third of the price of a FULL GAME for what amounts to almost nothing in comparison.
Hopefully you learn from the mistake that Destiny has become and you do better for Destiny 2.

They are doing a good job and making a perfect decision. We wanted a horde mode and we got one only way better and filled to the brim with "replayability, skill, and variability" according to what bungie said. Please At least watch gameplay before you choose to leave, bungie is trying their best to make good decisions to keep us happy.

I will play how because ive already payed for it but after that im out. I will never put another penny tiwards a destiny game. Its about having principles and these cowboys arent using me as a cash register. Witcher 3 here i come.

2 답변Maybe you should actually try out the PvP part of the game instead of whining like a kid. Everyone says PvP is dead, then when we get this huge PvP event, everyone cries about it. Some kids just cant be happy.

4 답변Did you think before posting... they said their gonna make a raid but it's coming out later in the expansion and technically since they have a longer time period to make a raid I'm 70% sure it's gonna be longer and harder then our current raids so quit bitchin that's what hunters are for(:

3 답변Well i now know why I slowed down on the game was waiting for a new raid and gear but I guess upgrading the gear and guns is just as good as haveing a raid well this is were I say if u do the same u get the same ,do diffrent get diffrent and gain new players ol well I'm done and out piece ! So sad bye my 3 lvl 32's nothing will change cause of lvl nothing to see new ,old is already boring along with there 1 new strike lol piece, this forms and li k will be deleted and bookmarks will be trashed

1 답변New missions, new strikes, and a new end game pve type called the arena. Yeah they really ignored the pve players out there. By not including anything new other than a few maps they would be ignoring the pvp fan base. Nothing this company does is ever gonna satisfy you people. Yeah I was let down a lot by the amount of content that was cut from and the lack of content that actually made it in. But I'm not ready to give up on this game yet. They're trying something new, good for them. Get over it. If they kept pushing out the same thing every few months then this game would be dead. At least they are trying to change things up and give a fresh new experience. I play pve and pvp but I mainly stick to pve these days and I'm stoked to try out the arena. But hey if you didn't like it I get it cause it's not for everyone. Oh wait I forgot you havnt played it. In fact you don't even know what it looks like. So stop being such a pessimistic whinny little vandal and hold your judgement and ever so obnoxious opinion to yourself until you actually see what this thing is gonna be like. Not I guess. I'm ok with this. I'm not going to condemn HoW until I play it, and if it sucks then I'll say it sucks. But seriously, we haven't even seen gameplay and everyone is freaking out. They didn't say that they will never make a raid again. They said they are working on one, and I would much rather have them take there time and knock it out of the park than make a pile a shit to put out, so people will quit whining.

2 답변When did Bungie ever say that HoW would have a raid? (Not a troll, just trying to figure out where people are seeing this. If they advertised it and won't deliver, then that is seriously wrong, but if people are just assuming, then they shouldn't be.)
