Not going to lie. Heavy ammo glitch needs to go.
I don't know how long I've sat here waiting for everyone to empty their weapons.....
Edit - there is no excuse. I don't care what you say about it, you fail at Destiny if you rely on the heavy ammo "exploit" and don't know how to ration your heavy synthesis enough to get you through a round without running out of ammo.
You are bad if you justify this exploit as a helpful thing to do. It's a waste of time. Don't waste your heavy ammo out of a synthesis so that when you need another it's already on cool down.
You people are hilarious. There is no justifying it. You are bad. It's funny.

Also, it doesn't take just 30 seconds. Not one person I have ever seen do the "exploit" has ever done it in a reasonable amount of time. Takes so long I want to die. Stop lying to yourself, it's OK to be bad. Just practice not being bad.

Then being the first guy to die, causing a wipe. Then waiting for you to do the heavy ammo glitch all over again while I sit in a rage resisting the urge to yell out "Hurry the -blam!- up you -blam!-ing retard!!!" I stopped raiding with the group I normally raid because of this reason. Was faster just to PUG it.

1 답변I agree. Did crota last week with a guys that refused to use 1 of his 160 synth because he was saving them for then next xur drought. Doesn't even make sense. Why not just use your synth now and do the heavy ammo glitch when there is another xur drought...

4 답변I always stand on the plate when I'm doing it. If I'm doing it when everyone else starts it up and I'm not close to being done, then that's my problem. I try not to inconvinience any one else. I'm also really efficient at it so it doesn't take me more that 15 seconds using my NLB.

Uses synth. Dies with 4 rockets. Cool down at 3 minutes. Now I have to be careful about using them. Not cool. Stuck at crota for longer than 30 minutes and you're spending 2-4 minutes wasting ammo to glitch when everyone wants to move on. Not cool. There's pros and con's to everything in this game just learn to get past it

2 답변I hate this glitch only because I have to sit there and wait for everyone to empty their guns, go give that one part of the raid one more shot, fail and sit there and wait for them to empty their guns again. It's time consuming and a raid that could take an hour is suddenly extended because of this. Emptying the entire mag for all guns takes at least a minute or two, especially if everyone just wiped because that means that even though you lost some ammo due to the wipe, you still picked up some while you were killing things. I don't even buy my heavy ammo synth from Xur. I don't wanna spend motes or coins so I buy it from the blacksmith. Yes, I have to go to the pause menu and do it and sometimes my pause menu doesn't load as fast but I get soooooooo much glimmer throughout the week that Rahool is just piling it up for me, unable to give it to me because there's no more room. Buying the heavy ammo refill helps me keep the glimmer flow coming and I get heavy ammo or even special ammo for it. I've got around 50 of those just sitting in my inventory. It only takes 5 minutes to refresh. I'd rather get things done while it refreshes than sit there trying to empty my mag desperately cause I need ammo. But that's just me.

7 답변Don't you have friends to play with or do you just find people off the site. Back when me and my friends played destiny we would either do the glitch after killing the deathsinger but before the checkpoint start for Crota or at Crota. We were a team though so we all agreed to do it and had no problem with it. Not because we are bad and need to the glitch to win, but just because the option for never needing heavy ammo and just get over the same repetitive crap again in the first go at it and get it done fast. I mean realistically being able to shoot the swordbearer, ogres, Crota fast with rockets and not having to ration or wait 5 minutes to use another 7 rockets was well worth the waste of 30 seconds, which wasn't a waste because we joke and have fun regardless of what we were doing. The benefits of playing with friends.

1 답변Um, I'll pop in as the minority and state that I agree with OP. How do you folks not have the glimmer and coins to drop on synth? And yeah, it's never 30s. More like 2-4 min (enough to get your super up...)

When forming a group, advertise that you do not want to waste time on the heavy exploit and anyone who does it will be warned and kicked if it persists. 3. Come on the forums and whine like a child. Then throw a temper tantrum when people disagree with you. See you chose option 3. Don't be a child. Learn how to communicate with groups.

2 답변I use nlb and once you get it to 6 bullets, start the crystal and you can empty it before the glass breaks and switch to icebreaker, done.
