I still think they should have just buffed pulse rifles and left auto rifles alone

Meh. I believe that auto rifles still needed a little nerfing in PvP but not nearly as much as what they did with it. Probably half that. Auto rifles were already adequate in PvE and they sort of swapped the problem with Pulse rifles
