What's so hard to understand about the example I gave? If a trade system is added these sorts of transactions will happen. Of course bungie will have to be of the position that's it's against the TOS and so will have to have people monitor for rmt. Why would bungie add to their burden when they don't have to do so? Xur exist for a reason.

Wow, you couldn't be more wrong! Easy way to fix that is making trading random. Go to a vendor and put up the items you want to trade and specify what tier of gear you will take for them. Random players go to the same vendor and see your item that they want and what tier/kind of gear is required for it. The players put in offers for the item. You either accept or deny the offers. There are no names involved in any part of the process so no one could take irl cash to trade an item to someone because you won't know who is selling each item or who is buying each item.

작성자: Shadow_Legion 4/2/2015 9:59:29 AMGeez someone tried posting this idea too. I broke it just as easy. As soon as you let players trade with each other, real money will enter the situation. $100USD Ghallarhorn $75USD Thunderlord $50USD Suros Regime, Hardlight, Red Death Recommended seller fast delivery You list a specific green/blue weapon telling us what perks and which nodes are leveled. And we trade you the weapon you want. Example you list a gozen-c with final round and skip rounds that is fully leveled and request the weapon you from us. So final round gozen-c for gjallarhorn. I don't need a name because no sane player is going to give up a ghorn for a green weapon.

There are millions upon millions of players playing Destiny. There will be multiple people offering garbage like that for the gun. You only see the name of the item. All trades reset the item back to base level when you put it on the market. Problem = Solved.

There are dozens upon dozens of variant trash weapons. Telling a person when to list it and telling them the exact perks and xp of the weapon will be easy. Not every gozen-c is the same and how many actually level green items after hitting level 20? Again names won't be needed. No system like that will list a weapon indefinitely so trying to confuse real money traders won't work because they will just schedule the listings. Besides all that, this random system wouldn't let people trade with friends which is what most people wanted in the first place.

Apparently you can't read.
"You only see the name of the item. All trades reset the item back to base level when you put it on the market."
It will just say Gjallarhorn. As soon as you put the item on the market it will be reset back to base stats so you can't say "it is upgraded this much" because EVERY one of the guns of that type will be the same base level. Trades won't be listed by the date they were posted. The list will be randomized every time you pull it up. SO, I say again.... PROBLEM = SOLVED

I can read just fine thanks but I am replying while playing bloodborne so I am a bit distracted. Doesn't matter if goes to base xp. There is no way a system like that wouldn't let you see the perks before you bought it. And since I will be able to see what weapon they are trading for I will still be able to sell it to the person. Example. Over instant message, client tells seller they are listing a Civilian applications sniper that has final round skip rounds/field scout. And will be trading it for Ghorn. Client tells seller exactly when the list is made so the seller starts checking at that moment for the sniper rifle. Seller resets the list until he see the weapon. If the seller doesn't see it, tells client to take it down and list it again. Or list another weapon and do it again. If your next iteration has people trading weapons of the same class over and over. Then what's the point of trading with other players? There might as well be a vendor that just exchanges exotics for other exotics and cuts the whole player interaction out of it. That's what everyone wants at the core anyway. A way to turn dragons breath into Gjallarhorn.

작성자: IhzaMhaskova 4/2/2015 8:21:05 PMThen, just go Exotic for Exotic. Every Exotic features the same perks. Every weapon will be base stats. Problem = Solved. No one will pay cash for anything less than an Exotic. (NOTE: Bloodborne is amazing. Beat the Blood Starved Beast yesterday!.)

Sure why not? That's what a trading system would bring and that's why there isn't one in game. People keep asking for one and no one has managed to design one that doesn't invite a black market. As long as you allow players to trade with other players there will be room for real money transactions. Consider that before you make this post again along with the fact it wouldn't be worth Bungie's time or money to hire people to ban rmt farmers.
