Vanguard and faction vendors rant
I really feel like these people need some changes to their wares.... I mean come on it never gets updated..... Mind you the weapons they sell are absolutely amazing. But would be ever so more amazing if they had some more variety. The shops are so bland they're virtually useless since the update where we were able to buy materials with our marks.... Otherwise people just would rather get the weapons out of packages from rnjesus. If not changing the weapon stock entirely the least that could be done is to change the rolls on the weapons or at least the damage types. Even a slight change would make the weapons sooo much more viable. And the vanguard and faction armour? Pffffft who buys that anymore......

I think the factions should award you only with shaders, ships, class items and nameplates. Their guns are subpar compared the to the raid, exotic, and iron banner stuff. Hardly worth having em around. They should also offer some sort of novelty service, like Eris (raid material exchange) does that is unique and fitting to the faction. While we're at it, find a better way to rank up with factions than wearing their doofy looking class items.

I would like to see more individuality with the factions as well. Perhaps have them focus more on specific gear elements, allowing for more individual play style for the player. Dead Orbit might focus on armor rating, making you a tank, but cut your agility hard, and their weapons are good but not the best. They are identifiable by their large Space Marine sized armor styling, with a black and skull motif design scheme. New Monarchy might focus on supers, making them extra powerful and faster recharge at the expense of armor rating. They would have bright, clean lines, and resemble formal military uniforms. Future War Cult has the best weaponry, making them hard hitting, possibly with stealth boosts. Reminiscent of military gear of today, they have a lot of camo gear and the highest DPS weaponry. To use the gear, you wear the relevant Mark.

Agreed I have nearly all the best items I can get from them for all 3 of my characters but I would love to see a change everyone 2 weeks maybe or increase what they sell when you get to certain ranks. Heck even just randomize items each week and reset them when they do the marks
