possible to get thorn if u suck at Pvp??
I have lots of void weapons. The problem is the resetting of progress upon a death. Should I just camp and be a douch until I get it?? Any tips??
Edit: everyone has offered surprisingly helpful tips. I didn't think I would ever come close but I'm at 400 out of 500!! I hope to finish this up today. Wish me luck!!!! I'm on xbone if anyone wants to run into my void bullets lol
Edit 2. Getting pissed. Started playing now I'm at 391. This is so frustrating !!
Edit 3. Miraculously I did crucible part. Tried the strike. Had phogoth down to little health. Didn't know what to expect. A person joined at last minute and killed phogoth lol. Now I have to do strike again tomorrow!!!
Edit final: I got it!! Thanks for all the encouragement and tips!!!! U guys are great!! It is possible to get this weapon even if u suck at Pvp. I'm proof!!

3 답변Very possible, load up with everything you have that's void. Does not matter if its a subclass, primary, heavy or special, as long as its void and you can kill someone with it you are golden. Camp, assist with kills and run with a pack at times. Watch your radar and ignore everything else including tasks like capturing zones. I just did it and I am low skill to average in pvp. It was had but as long as you get at least one kill per death you are good. If you have a void fusion rifle I would equip that unless you rock shotguns. Then the fun part is xyor, make sure you have arc everything because knights suck balls!

5 답변Im horrible at crucible. I started the thorn bounty with 160 points with a shotgun, but the only map i can shotgun is the anomoly. So i went to rahool and picked up a COMMON void fusion rifle. My points are now 378,lol. I recently found a new rare fusion rifle. The pij t of this is use whatever your commfortable with. Im horrible with shotguns, but great with fusion rifles.

4 답변Fusion and run in pack behind people so when they die around blind corners u can pick up the kill or camp with a shotgun sword breaker is pretty beast

2 답변You gotta play defensively. Hold flags instead of rushing. Focus on controlling chokepoints with your void weapons and you will have Thorn in no time.

6 답변작성자: WolfWillowgrove 3/29/2015 3:40:00 PMIf you have a 0.5 KD ratio you can still get it with 500 kills because if you die twice per kill you obtain you will effectively be getting 1 point per kill. I checked your stats and you have above a 0.5 KD on your warlock and hunter, so I would use warlock for the void damage. Try and complete it before 1.1.2 when special ammo is supposedly going to be nerfed in the crucible as well, and equip whatever special weapon you are comfortable with which could be shotgun void walker with blink, fusion rifles, snipers and a void heavy. You do not necessarily [i]need[/i] a void primary but if you have WoC or Atheons Epilogue use those as well. Hope this helps! Edit: I see you already have your void setup on your warlock and it looks great! Once you grab heavy ammo though you should camp at the back of the map and wait until most of the other team lose their heavy ammo: this will allow you to win most gunfights. I wish you good luck!
