A few weeks ago, I upgraded my 1.0 Truth at Xur. I never really used it much after that so last night i decided to upgrade it. I looked in my vault and found 1 rocket launcher telemetry. I did a bunch of bounties, popped the telemetry and ran back to the tower to turn them in. Plot twist: I didn't have Truth -blam!-ing equipped, so It didn't get any xp!! I wasted my time and xp for nothing. I just turned off my PS4 and went to bed.
