Grrrrrrr, now every one will be using multi tool.
I've had this scout rifle forever and I love it but I have never seen any one else use it ever. Now that Xur is selling it every one will have it and realize how awesome it is and start using it and I won't feel so special any more.

Only for a week or so, those who can afford it anyway, and most that can afford it already have it, plus its not the only good item on the list, theres also obsidian mind so a lot of people will have to choose between those 2.
