Grrrrrrr, now every one will be using multi tool.
I've had this scout rifle forever and I love it but I have never seen any one else use it ever. Now that Xur is selling it every one will have it and realize how awesome it is and start using it and I won't feel so special any more.

You will ALWAYS see a spike in usage of a weapon in the community right after it is sold by Xur. Things always then even back out as people either decide they love it, try something else new, or fall back to an old favorite. Get over it.

You really don't have to worry, man. It will be that way for about a week, then it'll be back to normal. I got the MIDA back before the DLC and used it all the time. Now that I have Fang I don't use it as much, and I doubt everyone is going to continue using it as actively as you think. outside of PVP people already don't use Red Death nearly as much, and that supposed to be one of the top exotics.

Why people always whine and assume this...whatever xûr is selling doesn't mean you'll see every single person using it. I see 1 or 2 red deaths in crucible every other match, but not every single player on every single match... Same with Thorn...is so op yet not everyone uses it. I own a thorn but I don't use it because is not my favorite weapon. You people complaining about this stuff need to grow up. Don't worry you won't see many Midas around ok...many people won't like the weapon...trust me. Not because the weapon is bad because it's actually a decent scout but because people have already their established preference. So get over it!
