Vault Space increased? What a joke

Here's a solution that could have been thought up by a 4 year old: "[u][b]Page scrolling[/b][/u]"
Not to push the boat out or anything but if it really is just a RAM issue caused by displaying too many items at once, why not just have multiple pages and give us a much bigger increase that way?
This may be a decent enough upgrade fir now, in fact, by Bungies own admission it will be big enough to allow the collection of every exotic weapon up to and including HoW. But what then? Another measly upgrade to tie us over until the next DLC drops?
Seriously Bungie, patience is wearing very thin for a lot of people who are holding on until HoW drops. Unless big changes happen between now and then? Say goodbye to your fan-base after it's been completed...
EDIT: Also, having browsed the forums I'm seeing a lot of people reacting to the fact that it's a problem caused by wanting parity with last-gen consoles. Personally, I'm indifferent towards it, however I can sense a rift opening between current and last gen owners now. If it wasn't there before, then this is, at the very least a catalyst that will cause one. [b]NOT[/b] a particularly smart move by Bungie...

4 답변My friend you need to remember where your vault is actually stored. Bigger vaults mean Bungie spending $$ on giving us more server space. Now do you see the truth behind the lie?

3 답변You clearly don't understand how a coded UI works... it is not a simple as adding page scrolling or new tabs. If it were that easy the would have done it in the first update.

작성자: AxelDark93 3/27/2015 2:32:09 AMso u get 10 slots per char, per wep type (including ur equiped weapons) so 30 slots a charecter, so 90 slots plus 36 for the new vault, how is 126 spaces for weapons not good enough? Armor and Misc arent a big concern for space, armor you have a raid equvilent legendary for each slot and then your exotics you use on each charecter, and your collection in the vault (most likely less then 20) Misc. if you orginize it between your charecters again there is no concern in running out of space, with the exception of heavy ammo hoarding.

1 답변Couldnt care less who plays on what console tbh. It would be nice if HOW added a new vault on the reef just to keep the crybabies happy tho. I feel like im in a creche half the time when im in here.

1 답변I'm definitely glad they're increasing the vault space. I don't really see why they're holding back next-gen consoles because of the 360 and PS3... After all, PS already gets more content. But either way, I really am glad Bungie listened.

6 답변Did you even read their reasons for the limitations? Because I know you didn't comprehend it. We will have enough space for every exotic in the game. It's plenty. If you want to collect more of something, go find some pogs or baseball cards or something.

These developers need to think into these things just a little more.

4 답변Lol you have a 30, 26 and 24. Is vault space really even an issue for you as it is? I have all maxed characters and every exotic weapon and I don't have trouble. Quit bitching

1 답변What's weird is how they blame last gen consoles for why they can't have more space. No one said you had to have an equal amount. Give the old gens what they can handle and the new ones what they can handle. Like it's just like having a playstation over an xbox. They've got no problem giving them more guns and maps due to a contract. Why not do the same thing with vault space. But that's just my opinion.

1 답변Be happy with what we got. It may not be enough for some people, but Atleast bungie actually cares. Unlike many other companies who sit back and count there money and don't even talk to there fans.
