What does Xur do with our strange coins?
This question has got to be on people's minds, it's quite simple. Xur what do you do with the strange coins we give you? ( anyone who answers with the most imaginative answer has the chance to win $20 in PSN or XBL gift cards. )
Edit 1: so I want stories not sentences. Be creative. XD
Edit 2: I'm loving the comments. I really want paragraph stories though.
Edit 3: There is a few really creative stories good job guys! I have the card waiting for the stragglers to get a couple more stories in.

XUR used these coins in a giant scheme. He gives half to the speaker and half to the stranger so they don't have time to tell us his secrets. Everything is really linked to XUR but sense no one can tell you he can remain secretive and pawn more money off of you.

He trade them for more Exotics with Rahool, who put the coins in the engrams where the Exotics would normally be. Then Xûr uses the non-purchased Exotics and mixes them with the tears of Guardians on Cryday in order to fuel the ship he drives. The Nine are secretly a bunch of 4-Channers who feed off of the anger and sadness of the guardians they troll.

1 답변He eats them, because they are actually the only thing agents of the nine can actually consume. Guardians call them strange coins, but they are actually food for agents of the nine. This is why they disappear so easily and why xur needs so many of them. I thought this was obvious? Guess not.

1 답변Xur is a firm supporter of laundromats, though I would say he takes it to the extreme sometimes. His clothes have been washed so many times that they are falling apart! He should consider wearing one of those exotic pieces instead of selling it.

I have the card waiting for the stragglers to get a couple more stories in.[/quote]xur is actually trolling us what we call strange coins he calls fusion disks and these fusion disks power a massive gun the nine call the destroyer it is meant to destroy the Traveler and the weapons he sells are just golden age relics that are nowhere near as good as some of the nines hidden arsenal lately xur has been slacking of and selling guns that obviously suck like NLB, but anyway these fusion disks where hoarded by the people of the golden age because they knew their power but all memory of them was lost in the collapse. The vanguard now gives them away to brave guardians who destroy the travelers enemies. Without any knowledge of them guardians give them to the creepy dude that is obviously not of the light so he can power the destroyer and all the darknesses greatest weapons

That's because they aren't really coins... Guardians gave them the title "Strange Coin" cuz it's shaped like a coin and, well, it's a fairly odd relic. It's color consistency doesn't match the material it's made out of and the fact that they are all practicaly the same size baffles even the most intelligent of Warlocks. The give off no sense of inner power such as any light or darkness but they didn't exist until after Hive, Fallen and Vex began attacking and the Traveler fell into slumber. I wouldnt doubt even Ikora put the research project of these Strange Coins on the shelf to collect as she attends to more realistic matters. However, Xur is collecting as many as possible. He does not want them nor does he care for them. His job is to reward any players who brings him many and he takes these "coins" to his master(s)... The Nine. What they want with these relics are unknown and as frightening as it seems to many of the Vanguard, not much is being done to confront or even apprehend The Nine to gain more knowledge of the "Strange Coins".
