What does Xur do with our strange coins?
This question has got to be on people's minds, it's quite simple. Xur what do you do with the strange coins we give you? ( anyone who answers with the most imaginative answer has the chance to win $20 in PSN or XBL gift cards. )
Edit 1: so I want stories not sentences. Be creative. XD
Edit 2: I'm loving the comments. I really want paragraph stories though.
Edit 3: There is a few really creative stories good job guys! I have the card waiting for the stragglers to get a couple more stories in.

7 답변Xûr is building a universe. The nine are inter- dimensional beings who create all these universes in order to fulfill need to feel like they control everything. Back to Xûr. Xûr is the bastard child of a bastard child who is the lowest of the low of the nine. Xûr couldn't do anything right and so now the nine control him. The nine took over because Xûr was supposed to prove himself by building a universe but he screwed up and lost off of the building blocks of the universe (strange coins). Strange coins are much like atoms because they vibrate constantly and have a sense of life to them. But Xûr was smart for once so when he lost them all he put the bubble of our universe around all of them so they wouldn't get away. The nine are punishing him by making him collect all of the coins from all over the universe. He collected enough to build our section of the universe (which is why we can only explore part of our solar system). Then that lazy bastard figured out "hey, I'm part of the nine so I have some power" so he created us guardians to do his collecting for him. But Rahool figured out the plan and is trying to keep strange coins from Xûr and is trusting guardians with them but we just use them to get things we want and fulfill Xûr's purpose for us. We are all naive to the purpose Xûr has for us. But that's not all. All of the species of the darkness are actually a part of a huge inter-dimensional police force that are monitoring the nine's illegal activity. (They're the drug lords of all the space time continuum). They know that the nine are also using they're universes to be footholds to get to further consumers to have enough money to buy everything and become "gods". But every species of darkness we fight is trying to collect enough strange coins to prevent Xûr from completing the foothold for the nine. That is why we find strange coins from enemies everywhere. Once some of the guardians started catching on they began withholding the coins from Xûr. The all powerful nine decided to reduce the population to one city so that a rebellion wouldn't happen. They then created the traveller to give them a reason to fight the "darkness" that was stealing the strange coins. A long time has past since then and now guardians are again catching on. That's why guardians like Toland are missing. The nine removed them. But the nine made mistakes by leaving out so much of the story. That's why the speaker and the stranger can't tell us anything and that's why some guardians got really suspicious and have since gone missing. We're all suckers to the nines bidding. We're just feeding our desire to get exotics that will be taken from us in the end by the nine when too many people get suspicious. I know it's not funny but it's probably the most creative one on here.

Takes them back to the Nine where they use space paper to create rolls that contain the Strange Coins. They then send Xur back the next week to to -blam!- us in the ass with Strange Rolls. [spoiler]Get it? RNG always -blam!-s us with bad rolls.[/spoiler]

These drinks cost a lot of money, strange coins to be exact, and they cost him 100 a drink. So he flies to the tower every Friday with a few exotics and engrams and demands we give him all the coins we have. There's nine of them you see, he meets them in the pub on his planet. They compete to get the most coins possible. That's why he's known as 'The Agent Of The Nine'. This way he stays happy in his home planet and keeps us happy as well!

The answer is as obscure as the origin of the Nine... They could be payment to the alien intelligence that protected the cis-Jovian colonies. Or materials for growing the deep-orbit Warminds that survived the collapse. Or food for the ancient leviathan intelligences on Europa and Titan.
