Should I get Hard Light?
I have the Bad JuJu bounty, and I've been saving up for something good. Should I get the hard light or wait for something like Invective or Plan C? I'd really hate to see something like that come around the week after I spent all my coins.
EDIT: Thanks for the 20+ replies, I think I'm actually going to pass on Hard Light.

1 답변For those of you saying it's the first time he's sold Hard Light, it's not, it's the second calm down. Also that isn't a reason to buy it. The real reason to buy it is that coins are easy to come by, so you should buy anything you can from Xûr, get a better collection, choose the guns you want to level up, and have fun. It's kinda like pokemon in a sense.

Did you get it ? I had it drop , leveled it up , and my old VOC is still a better primary and saves the exotic slot for icebreaker or patience and time . If you have the coins, I guess get one. It looks and sounds cool, but the perk ( hard light ) is almost useless . Cool looking though .

Id say get it not only because this is Xur's first time selling it, but you never know when the ARs will be retuned. I'm sure they will be because weapons are always being retuned especially with the outcry. While that update may not happen just yet, it will. As far as performance, before the pulse rifle buff, people were iffy about the Bad Juju, Red Death, and any other pulse rifle. It's amazing how a 9% increase in dmg across the board in a category can make the difference in a loadout. Imo, the Hard Light is a good AR. It's got full stability or you can go with more bullets(field scout). With higher stability, you won't require as many bullets because most will strike your target. As with all weapons, you have to know the range. I can't speak for everyone but I know the reason most people don't like it is because it's not an "across the map" weapon. ARs are not supposed to be that anyway. Because it's generally the most popular weapon in an fps as far as primaries goes, it's given an increased range as the norm.

1 답변How many coins do you currently have? I've had the old hardlight (max damage of 300) and the new one and I've barely used it, but I'm also not an auto rifle person. I prefer to use hand cannons and scout rifles since they deal more damage. If you're an auto rifle user though and looking for a fun one to use then I'd say go for it, but if you don't care for auto rifles much I'd say pass (especially if you already have SUROS).

2 답변Are you a collectionist? Are you on a budget? With the auto rifle nerf the gun isn't very good now. But if you want it for the sake of having it then get it cause from what I read in the forums it's hard to come by. Should have figured it was being sold. I saw three of them drop in iron banner Tuesday.
